Come on over to Pigeon Forge Tenn. and stay in the Unforgettable cabin Called "Party Hut" Located In The Starr Crest Resort. just mins from Dollywood and The Great Smoky Mountains here in Pigeon Forge Tenn. Invite all the family and even your close friends. This cabin has it all … With 4 King size beds, Twin Bunk beds and 1 twin full Full Bunk and 3 sleeper sofas that accommodates 18. Decide who gets the Master King with it's own private jacuzzi tub ! and Hot Tub! Each bedroom has fantastic Mountain views, and satellite TV's with DVD/VCR's There are 3 levels of private covered porches to take the Beautiful mountain views in. Take a Dip in one of the 2 Hot tubs, Wow What a way to unwind from a exciting day at Dollywood or Gatlinburg. Gather on the main level with fireplace and stereo, 52" Satellite TV or go on the second level where there is a 60 " Satellite TV stereo and a mini -kitchen with a dining table and a bar. There is also a complete theater room with surround sound and a game room with a pool table and lots of other games. Or, Just Relax at the Resort Seasonal Pool with a Children's Play area and The Picnic Pavilion. Come stay with us at The "Party Hut". And make your dream vacation come true!

Up Stairs:1/2 Kitchen with a mini frig, and coffee pot, Microwave, and toaster with bar. Living room Bathroom down the hall on the right is a King bedroom . Finally The Master Bedroom with the private Hot Tub and the private bathroom with the jacuzzi on the left.

Down stairs : Room with 1 twin bunk beds and 1 full/ twin bunk beds and 2 sleeper sofa. A full bath room to the side. Entertainment with Pool table. Air hockey, Arcade games and more.... Theater room with it's mini frig.

We are a multi generational family of 8 adults and 4 children. There was plenty of room for everyone and the game room was enjoyed by all. Property was close to all the things we wanted to do. Would definitely book again😊

Spring break

Great cabin with an amazing view for a large group or family. 2 hot tubs so the kids can be in one and the adults can enjoy the other. Very centrally located close to Dollywood and the Pigeon Forge strip.

Amazing Family house

The house was very accommodating with our large family. Located within minutes of everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge. Easy access in and out. The game room was perfect for our grandchildren. Communication with the host was very good

Loved the cabin. Some things weren't working very well, tv, 1 hot tub was broke, floor tile was broken badly in game room. Loved the location and privacy. Kids loved the games Need some heavy cleaning.

I recommend for large groups!

My friends and I had a great time here. They provided everything we needed! The only thing was we had to call for the house code because they forgot to send it to us in the email. Beautiful view!

Only one broken pool stick. Theater room was extra and we were not made aware. Multiple lights out in several rooms. Construction crews used our pull thru driveway as a shortcut speeding past our cabin. Garbage receptacle sis not have proper locking pins so bears tore our garbage out. Second to last day and last day there terrible sewer smell and couldnt sit outside. Several of the tv remotes didnt have batteries. Cabin was spacious. Had all the kitchen appliances we needed. Check in/out process was easy an host usually responded within 24hrs. Great location. Access to dollywood and other area attractions within minutes.

Needs a deep clean, windows washed, area cleaned from liter, repairs for hot tub and washer. Wonderful stay with all of family, bears came up on deck during dusk, disappointed theater room cost more which cost was not included in that rental. Overall great visit and memories . We cleaned up all of our stuff.

Family retreat

The cabin is secluded from all other cabins. We went for my mums 80th bday with my adult children and their respective others! Great time - relaxing sitting on the porch. The game room was fun … shuffleboard knockout tournament and pool, foosball and video games. The cabin was clean and spacious! Management company were very responsive to a couple of small issues. Great proximity to everything! Recommend Old Mill restaurant! Would definitely rent this cabin again - maybe in the fall - I bet the view of the leaves is amazing!!!

Great location and lots of space!

Overall this was a great stay and I would recommend it to someone who is looking for lots of space and central location to Dollywood and area attractions. The management was also very responsive to our needs during our stay. Also some great views and we loved the wrap around porch. We also liked the pool and used it a few times. The downsides of the stay was the general cleanliness of the property such as the kitchen floors and one bathroom was dirty when we arrived. We were also issued the wrong door code when we arrived and took us some time to resolve the issue. Overall, a good stay and I would recommend it for a large family or group.

Needs maintenance

We enjoyed our stay here but the property needs maintenance. Light bulbs were out, door knobs were loose, broken bed in game room, rocking chair leg broken, outside stairs tread broken, pool cues need replacing and shuffleboard pieces need to be replaced. Other than that it was a beautiful location and we enjoyed our time with family there.

Perfect for a large family

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It is extremely large and it was perfect for our huge family. We had four families with us and everyone had space to roam. The game room is perfect for the guys when they want to decompress. I loved that they had baby Gates already there too Close off the stairways. It is very convenient to anywhere you want to go in the area Gatlinburg pigeon Forge, all of your touristy locations. And anytime I had to talk to the office. It was very easy and quick responses and they were always so kind. The kitchen is equipped with anything and everything you need to cook a full Thanksgiving meal. We definitely will be returning. This cabin was great!!

Loved this Cabin!

This was exactly what we needed. The layout of the cabin was perfect for the 5 families we had staying here. The location was perfect for going to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. There were only a couple of slight negatives such as that the floors could have been cleaner. We had three babies crawling around and the floors weren't really that clean. There is a little bit of updating that needs to be done as far as electronics go. Some of the TVs need replacing just because they are outdated and the theater room is amazing but it would have been nice to have been able to watch the footballs games in there. We logged into our hulu account on the smart tv in the living room so it was fine for us. Some of the furniture need to be replaced. Nothing terrible, just worn out but it looked like the owners have started replacing some of it. We are excited to go back next year and plan on trying to rent the "party hut" again!

Let’s start with the good: The views are incredible, especially from the top level of the home. The porch area is awesome for sitting and enjoying the view. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for the family to spread out. Both hot tubs were functional and enjoyable. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean. There were enough basic supplies for basic meal prep and dining. There is a toaster oven (no toaster) which did not brown bread for toast...it barely heated. The arcade area downstairs with the pool table and other games was a big hit with the kids (air hockey exception). There were several cons with the unit: The place is advertised with a theater room, but the room is unusable unless you bring DVD/Blu-ray discs with you...and who has those anymore? Three of the seats in the movie room were broken. The lack of internet (although stated in the listing) really was a drawback for us. The floors needed a good mopping (children's feet were black from running around barefoot). Floors had been swept, but definitely not mopped. The air hockey table is struggling – the puck barely glides over the surface. Several of the many televisions in the house seem to be damaged in the pixels. There were odd colors and lines. The main television on the main level was fine. The outside of this unit needs a good pressure wash to remove the many spider webs from windows and porch areas. Overall, the unit is nice, and if there was internet we'd rent again.

Such a disappointment

So that no one out there thinks we are complainers, I want to make clear we have never left a bad review on a house. This one was awful. I’ll just list all the issues. The hot tub on the second floor leaked to the balcony below, creating a slippery film that cover the entire walkway, the movie theater didn’t work(they came and couldn’t fix it), the master bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush(they came and tried to fix it but it broke again) there was a hole in the outdoor second floor steps big enough to slip a leg through or have a child fall through, there were actual holes in our sheets, smoke alarm went off every time we used the oven, the metal bunk bed frame was completely broken in two, creating two jagged pieces of metal ready to side anyone’s leg wide open, the floor tiles in the playroom were cracked and some completely gone, and I wore my shoes the entire time in the house because the floors turned my feet black the first afternoon we were there. I can’t even properly express the disappointment I felt for my kids, nieces and nephews and then us adults. You get so excited and save up for a vacation and to have your thousands of dollars go to a house in this condition is enraging.

We loved staying at the house, but there was a couple dissatisfiers ; The house needs some deep cleaning, dust hanging from the kitchen cabinets. Had to boil water to wash dishes due to no hot water pressure in the kitchen. Grill is in poor shape.

Nice cabin that needs a lot of maintenance done to it. No hot water in kitchen, smoke detectors need repair, games in game room need repairs, bunk bed needs repair. With some maintenance it would be a nice place. Lots of room for family & friends. Nice decks to relax on. Close to all attractions.

Party Hut cabin

The cabin was perfect for our family of 11 people with five bedrooms. The property management company was very quick to respond when a storm caused one of the air conditioners to stop working. We had a blast playing in the game room. We would definitely stay here again.
