We rent our magnificent family home located 1h45 from Paris, at the gateway to Burgundy.

The property steeped in history has been in the family since the beginning of its construction in 1859. It is in impeccable condition, restored with the utmost concern to keep its soul!

The house is surrounded by an enclosed park of 1.5 ha equipped for children (Table football, table tennis, slide, trampoline, swing, sandpit, large adult swing, other outdoor children's games + bicycles).

It is located in a small village on the edge of the forest of Othe in the Aube
- 20 km southwest of Troyes, a medieval town with an exceptional architectural heritage,
- 30 minutes from Chaource, with an Entombment by the Master of Chaource, dated 1515, considered one of the most beautiful examples of "Mise au Entombeau" in Europe
- 50 minutes from Chablis and its fine Burgundy wines.

The region is hilly, magnified in autumn. Many churches of the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries are worth a visit in the immediate vicinity.

Access to the suite is very suitable for the elderly, they have access to the entire floor of living on the ground floor, to the park and terraces.

1 bedroom with twin beds that can be converted into a double bed,
1 bedroom with 2 beds, possibility of a 3rd bed on request.
Each room has its own toilet.

Local products in the village farms. Bread delivery on site.
Nearest supermarket: Estissac (10 km).

Minimum rental 1 week,
1900 euros per week.
Sheets provided.
Cleaning included.
Heating of the house is not included. 200 euros extra.

Pets allowed on request, as long as they are kept on the lower floor.

Possibility to have a stove to make meals, subject to availability.
