A-zone boutique style vacation rental in quiet family neighborhood. We are 8 houses from the beach on beach block. You will feel right at home as you settle into the comfy coastal cottage feel with all the amenities you need to kick back and reset on beach time. Entire home NEWLY furnished 2021. Three bedrooms with Allswell and Linenspa mattresses, all outfitted with GAP HOME bedding and linens that are also provided.

Spacious kitchen with large dining table that seats 8 and there are three additional barstools at the island. Well equipped accoutrements any chef would appreciate, there’s also a toaster oven & coffee bar set up to start the morning off right.

Large backyard with new outdoor enclosed shower. Paver patio with table for 8, cantilever umbrella and Weber BBQ. Lounge on Adirondack chairs or join in on family lawn games! Shady covered front patio will be your favorite spot to unwind and chill on the couches. Are you ready to relax and enjoy all that Brigantine has to offer, we hope that our Posto Al Sole (place in the sun) becomes your family's favorite summer getaway!

PROVIDED FOR YOUR USE: Regular & Decaf Coffee/Teas, Olive oil, condiments, basic starter supplies (TP, paper towel roll, hand soap, shampoo/body wash, kitchen sponge/dishwashing liquid/dishwasher tabs) and wooden hangers in closets.

Beautiful home, perfect location!

Everything about our stay here was wonderful! It’s a perfect location to enjoy the beach and Brigantine, and Carmela made our stay easy and comfortable. Everything in the house is set up and maintained with care and thoughtfulness, really helping to make it a lovely, relaxing vacation!

Home away from home

This home is a great place to stay. It’s the most well furnished vacation home that’s walking distance to the beach. Carmela, is a wonderful host and all the little touches make you feel like right at home.

My family really enjoyed our week at the property. Everything was well maintained and working properly. Location on the island was great. Short walk to the beach, take out places (ice cream, pizza), and restaurants. Owner is easily reached and quick to follow up. Highly recommend!

Perfect beach house!

The perfect place for our Brigantine vacation! Amazing location, beautifully kept and clearly loved home and most importantly, CLEAN! Wonderful experience

We travel often and this is one of the best rentals we have experienced. Everything is new, perfectly stocked, many thoughtful extra touches, great communication and fantastic location. We truly enjoyed our stay and Carmela is a tremendous host! We will look here first when we return!

A great vacation

One of the nicest properties we have stayed in in Brigantine. Property was very clean. Short distance from beach. All amenities provided. Owner was available at all times. Would rent this property every summer! My family was very happy here and can't wait to return. A definite five stars!

Luxury in Brigantine!

We absolutely loved this home! Everything was brand new and so comfortable! The master bath was luxurious and the outdoor shower was refreshing! Excellent neighborhood and so close to the beach! Hope to rent this home again from Carmela, as she was so attentive and accommodating! Thank you for a wonderful summer vacation!

Great house close to beach.

The home was exactly as described in the listing and all of the pictures were current. The house was immaculate when we arrived, it was so nice to have all the beds already made so we could start enjoying our stay right away. The kitchen was well stocked and the gas grill was well maintained. The location was great, close to beach and close to ice cream and some restaurants you can walk to. Communication with the owners was perfect. We had an very enjoyable stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful week! We would rate it 6 out of 5 stars if we could. Everything has been thought of to make the stay seamless. We are moving to Colorado from Pennsylvania and wanted to spend one last week in Brigantine before heading west. This house helped make the week perfect. Would absolutely recommend!

AMAZING FIND…HIGHLY RECOMMEND

If location, accommodations and comfort are important in your search for a family beach getaway, look no further-this place has it all. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, high quality bed linens and towels as well as everything you need for a day at the beach. My family and I enjoyed every aspect of the home. It was a perfect spot and we will be back again! The property owner is beyond hospitable and so easy to communicate with. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience we had. 5 stars all around.

Fabulous Accommodations!

The property was very clean. The layout was functional. The decor was beach casual with touThe kitchen is well equipped. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of 6 plus 2 more during our final night. The location is excellent as it is a short walk to the beach, ice cream shops and casual restaurants. It is a 2 minute drive to a large supermarket and pharmacies. Brigantine itself is a quiet and family friendly island. We also liked the fact that it is about 11 minute drive to Atlantic City.

Fabulous Week

We had a wonderful week in Brigantine!! this home is just lovely - so clean, organized and has everything you need to feel right at home. We enjoyed cooking, grilling and spending time on the front porch and in the backyard. It’s a perfect location and close to the beach. Carmella could not have been a better host from the welcome packet, check in instructions and seeing if we needed anything. You should check this out for your next rental for a beach cozy home. 💛🏖🙂

Dream come true!

I was late in booking a rental this year. I kept looking and looking. I came upon this and WOW did we get lucky! An absolutely beautiful home in a perfect location. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. The house was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Our hostess Carmen was wonderful! Such a fantastic experience and a dream come true!

Could not love this house more

This was our second year staying at Posto Al Sole and we hope to come back again and again. We’ve been coming to Brigantine for many many years and know it well, this location is perfect - great beach and walkable to so many places for food, shops, and ice cream favorites. The house itself is so charming and has everything you can possibly need/think of plus more - a rarity in a rental. It is so well organized and stocked. The owners are so responsive, incredibly thoughtful, add so many extra touches and are so easy to work with, we just cannot say enough kind things about them! We’ve stayed in many different places over the years but this one is the best by far. Thank you so much, Carmela and co!!

Easy Breezy

Carmela, Thank you for hosting our three generational family vacation at your lovely home. Everything was exactly as shown on the listing, but somehow even better - inside and out! Location is perfect. After unloading and shopping, we were able to leave the car parked. Easy walks to the beach, park, food and ice cream. As mentioned in an earlier post, we put a pack and play in the study & used the wagon to the beach for the 1 year old. The 5 year old could handle all the walking unassisted. Would recommend using 28th St to enter, since guarded beach ends there. Again, the location is perfect and the home wonderful. The host was very responsive.- Koller Family

Wonderful Family Beach House

We loved our stay and hope to be back next year! Carmela is a great host and her beach cottage was perfect for our family of 6 with three kids under 7 and a newborn. The kids didn't have any trouble with the walk to the beach and the provided cart really helped me get all the stuff to the beach in one trip. The location was just right and we walked to lunch, dinner, and ice cream almost every night! The Beach Cottage is wonderfully decorated and renovated with plenty of cozy, coastal charm and everything seemed new! We used the Clofice to setup a "nursery" so that our newborn could nap and sleep without being disturbed! All the other amenities like the kitchen (well stocked and super organized!), patios, beach gear, outdoor shower, games, among others were very thoughtful for a family like ours and made it easy for us to get into vacation mode. This was our first summer vacation week in Brigantine and now we will back back every year!

Amazing! Five stars PLUS!

I cannot say enough about this rental, but I'll try. What you read in the description of the property and amenities is exactly what you'll get. The house is updated, beautiful, pleasantly decorated, well equipped and bright and breezy. It's only a block and a half to a wide, sandy, clean Atlantic beach. The owners (Carmela and Carlos) were always prompt and thorough replying to my questions. That said, I like renting properties where the owners have high expectations and are clear with how they want me to maintain their place during my stay. When owners do that, I know I'm renting a quality property. This is a quality property! I thank Carmela and Carlos for allowing me to use it for a short family reunion with my adult children and grandkids.
