This charming house, typical of our small Breton villages near the Gulf of Morbihan, is for rent in the commune of Baden. Ideally located close to the coastal paths and the beach, this 95 m² house is beautifully decorated and can accommodate up to 8 travellers. Ideal for a stay with friends or family. On the ground floor, this pretty holiday home has a living room of around 25 m², a separate fitted and equipped kitchen and a pleasant shaded and enclosed terrace outside. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with a 160cm bed and a twin bedroom, as well as a bathroom with 2 individual basins and a WC. On the 2ᵉ floor also a double bedroom with a 160cm bed and another bedroom with 1 trundle bed (1 single bed or 1 double bed once the trundle bed is unfolded on request, please note, we cannot separate the trundle bed to make 2 single beds) as well as a shower room with shower and WC.

As always at Cocoonr, cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up for you on arrival.

2ᵉ floor:
- Bedroom 3 with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4 with 1 pull-out bed that can be made into a double bed, we cannot make 2 single beds.
- Shower room and WC.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, iron.

Outside:
This pretty house has a pleasant shaded terrace with garden furniture for your outdoor lunches.

The house is ideally located in Baden, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house, with the town hall car park 50m away.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:

- Nearest airport: Nantes 1 h 45
