Welcome to the Douceurs des îles cottage, a haven of peace decorated by its owners inspired by the theme of travel! This family-friendly cottage is ideal for gatherings and sharing friendly moments. You'll find a private heated outdoor pool (from May to September), a pleasant garden (enclosed by a wall and fence), children's playground, and a pool table for older children.

Located on the edge of the Orléans Forest, a few kilometers from Pithiviers, the cottage is also close to the magnificent Château de Chamerolles in Chilleurs-aux-Bois. In the surrounding area, you can explore André Eve's rose garden, the Morailles rose garden on the Route de la Rose, and the charming village of Chambon-la-Forêt. On the ground floor, you'll find a beautiful 52m² living area with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a pellet stove, two bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm double bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, on the landing, there's a billiard table, a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed, a bedroom with a 90x190 cm single bed and a bunk bed (a 140x190 cm double bed on the bottom and a 90x190 cm single bed on the top), a bedroom with a 90x190 cm single bed and a 140x190 cm double bed, and a bathroom with toilet.

Very pleasant garden with a private outdoor swimming pool (salt-water, 4x8 m, 1.20 m to 1.60 m deep), open from May to September depending on weather conditions. (The gate needs repairing, thank you for your understanding). Terrace with a gazebo, barbecue, plancha grill, and pizza oven. You can relax on the deckchairs and swing around the pool. For children, there's a swing set with a swing and slide, a basketball hoop, and even a trampoline. About five chickens and two ducks in the A 40m² enclosed enclosure on site in the garden (eggs are available).
