L’Atelier de la Grange: The Vaudeville Barn

The heartbeat of the Domaine is our monumental 19th-century Grange. With soaring, exposed-timber beams that evoke the scale of a rustic cathedral, this is a rare architectural sanctuary for connection. At the center of the hall, a massive stone fireplace anchors the space, alongside a grand banquet table where all 20+ guests can dine.

This versatile hall transforms throughout the day, serving as an inspiring Yoga Shala by morning, a sun-lit painter's studio by afternoon, and a magnificent candlelit dining hall by night. Fully sheltered from the elements, it ensures your retreats and celebrations remain seamless, rain or shine.

Le Gymnase (The Fitness Studio): Our professional-grade gym features a brand-new treadmill, elliptical, boxing bag, and weight bench. We provide 8 yoga mats for group sessions.

The Screening Room: Retreat to our private cinema, featuring leather chairs and couches for movie marathons or creative lectures.

The Fleet: Explore the emerald countryside with our 6 bicycles (including 2 electric). Ride past grazing sheep, watercress beds, and charming medieval villages.

The Jacuzzi Spa: A year-round oasis of well-being for up to 6 guests. Relax in the bubbling warmth while taking in serene garden views.

For over 75 years, Moulin à Rêves has been a sanctuary for artists, visionaries, and storytellers.

Originally owned by Vaudeville legend Borrah Minevitch, the property became a gathering place for creatives connected to Paris’s vibrant cultural scene.

Later, it was the private “Hollywood Hideaway” of renowned attorney Bert Fields, who hosted friends and icons from the world of film in this peaceful retreat far from the spotlight.

The heart of the estate where the river flows beneath your feet.

La Chambre de la Rivière (Ground Floor): Two twin beds with a dedicated hall bathroom.

The Romantic Suite (Upstairs King): Grand Master with a private ensuite bath and Ritz robes.

Les Cerises (Upstairs Queen): Featuring cherry fabric walls, sink, and bidet.

Les Roses (Upstairs Twins): Two twin beds with rose fabric walls.

The Loft Suite (Attic): Large retreat reached by a steep flight of stairs. Includes 2 twins (convertible to King) and a separate media room with a bath.

MAISON #2. The Hollywood Hideaway (3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 6)

To honor history, each room is named after a cinema classic.

Through the Looking Glass (Ground Floor King): Master suite with an ensuite bathroom.

The Secret Garden (Ground Floor Suite): Adjacent sitting room with a pull-out sofa, desk, and TV.

An American in Paris (Ground Floor Queen): Floral walls with a bathroom in the hall.

Sleeping Beauty (Attic): Whimsical hideaway with 2 twins plus a twin in the foyer. (Note: Guests use the hall bathroom two flights down).
