This gorgeous mission style house is located steps from Downtown and the Beach.
Intimate and unique, 52 Union, a standalone residence provides ample space with roughly 2,100 Sq. Ft. of living area. It was recently renovated with the ideal blend of sophisticated luxury while maintaining a Historic Nantucket charm. The renovation was completed in July of 2022 with front and back porches providing an abundance of space and natural light to compliment the design and dark wood features.

Located on Union Street, 52 Union, is within a 10-minute walk to Main Street and walking distance to the closest Beach. It is centrally located for easy access to the Downtown Center, Beaches, and the rest of the Island.

Blending the privacy of an independent residence with the guest services of a Hotel/Inn, our intimate property offers all of the modern amenities today’s luxury traveler expects.

Great House in an Excellent Location

The house was as advertised - beds were so comfortable and the house was so clean and well stocked. The woman who manages the property was so responsive (we needed a new propane tank and beach chairs and she brought them by immediately). We went to town 2 or 3 times a day because it was so close and easy to get to. Would stay again!!!

Fantastic Stay

We were a family of 5 adults and loved staying in this beautiful home. The pictures were very accurate. Two bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom has twin bunk beds. We liked being able to walk to town and shops. We did not cook but beautiful kitchen and outdoor grill.

52 Union was the perfect place to stay for our long weekend trip to Nantucket. House was in an ideal location- less then a 1/2 mile to walk to town. The house was clean and beautifully furnished. Bathrooms are updated and so nice. House was just renovated- kitchen needs a few things if you plan on cooking (like knives or a microwave)- but other than that, it was an ideal place for our family of 5. Thank you!

Lovely home…

We booked this home on short notice and felt lucky to get it. It is a lovely older home that has been updated and beautifully decorated. The inside is perfectly cozy and enjoyable. It has a small backyard and comfortable outdoor furniture. However, the house sits on a busy corner close to the harbor so it is not quiet. The road traffic is non-stop during busy season which makes it challenging to exit the driveway in a car and dangerous for small children to be outside. I recommend for adults only. Otherwise, it’s a great spot if you like to walk to shops, dinner, harbor, etc!
