Villa close to beach with large south-facing terraces and stunning sea views

Beautiful Casa Ana is built in Andalusian style and has been recently completely renovated. It is two-storey and offers comfortable space for 2 to 6 people.

Both floors feature large terraces with magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea and nearby beaches of the Costa Tropical in Andalucia.

From here you can often watch dolphins playing in the nearby sea, or spend convivial barbecues on the large sun terrace and enjoy the wonderful sea views.

The house is detached and located in a quiet residential area, away from the hustle and bustle.

Nevertheless, up to the beaches of Almuñécar, the Aquatropic water park and numerous restaurants and shops it is only about 2 minutes by car or a 10 to 20 minutes walk. To the sea it is only about 80 meters beeline!

The American kitchen is open to the living room. The spacious living-dining room and both bedrooms have large panoramic windows with beautiful sea view. Also, the upper bedroom has access to the upper terrace. Both bedrooms and the large living-dining room with the open kitchen have air conditioning hot / cold.

The house has two newly renovated bathrooms with shower and WC.

For your comfort there is satellite TV, wireless internet access, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a private garage.

To the nearest beach, ample Playa de Velilla in Almuñéecar, it is only about a 10 minutes' walk (or a 2 minutes' drive) and many attractions, such as Granada with its world famous Alhambra, are within one hour's drive.

The Costa Tropical in Andalusia is situated between Costa del Sol and the Costa de Almería and occupies a beautiful part of the coast, which has the best conditions to spend wonderful holidays.

It is located right on the Mediterranean Sea and the proximity to northern Africa and Sierra Nevada with the highest peaks of the peninsula protect the area from the cold north winds. A subtropical microclimate with 320 days of sunshine per year makes it possible to cultivate tropical fruits in the lush valleys.

Getting here:
Arrival airport is usually Málaga (about 1 hour drive), but Almeria - a little further east – is not much farther away. Also Granada Airport is an option.

Gas is charged locally according to consumption (about 15 € / week).

100 kWh of electricity per week are included, which is usually sufficient for normal consumption without excessive use of the air conditioning system. Only an overlying consumption is calculated. Please keep the windows and doors closed when using the air conditioning to keep the power consumption in an economically and ecologically acceptable amount.
