This vacation home in central Cape Coral amazes with a well-maintained garden, cozy interiors and enough space for up to 6 guests. If you like swimming and barbecues, or just want to quickly reach Cape Coral´s sights, this is the right place for you.

The villa features 3 bedrooms: one with a king-size, the other two with queen-size beds. From the master bedroom, you can directly access the pool area. In total, there are 2 bathrooms.

Everything you need for tasty meals is available in the kitchen: Amenities include 2 ovens, stove plates and a large refrigerator, as well as enough dishes, cutlery and utensils. Right next to the kitchen, you will find a table with six chairs – perfect if you want to enjoy the view of Cape Coral´s canal while dining.

Only a sliding door separates the living area from the lanai, where the villa´s spacious, elegant swimming pool is located. Thanks to electric heating, you can splash around at any weather. Sunbeds are available, and in the evening, there is nothing better than stacking the massive barbecue grill with steaks. Of course, you are also welcome to relax in the living area featuring a sofa and a large flat-screen TV.

If you want to reach all important spots in Cape Coral – and fast – the villa´s central location is ideal for you. The next Publix supermarket is only a short walk away, and in 10 minutes, you can get to Walmart or Aldi by car. In addition, you will enjoy close proximity to Cape Coral Parkway with its shops and restaurants. Located within 2.4 miles of the villa are several beautiful parks, as well as the Yacht Club Public Beach. Do you want to treat your children to a day of exciting fun? No problem – only a 10-minute drive separates the villa from Sun Splash Family Waterpark.
