The house was great. The pool was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We were able to check in early. However, there is no gas for the grill unless the renter wants to purchase it. Also, the cost of electricity is also extra.

We had 3 staying at this lovely home and it was perfect for us. It was clean, well furnished, comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. It was a great location for our activities. The highlight was the pool which we thoroughly enjoyed. We loved seeing the burrowing owls in the neighborhood on our daily walks. Delia was excellent at communicating with us and very prompt to respond to our questions. She was also flexible w/ our checkout. Would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again.

Pleasant stay

It was a wonderful home. Wanted to mention that a pin that was holding the grill cover in place, fell inside the grill. We could not retrieve it.

Wonderful stay

Place is perfect. The only issue we had was it says heated pool but when we arrived heater was not on. Management helped us get heater on so we could enjoy the pool. We loved it. Was surprised later to receive extra bill for using pool heater.

We could not use the pool for a week. The pool was not heated as advertised. It took 6 days to heat enough to be able to get in the pool.

We had the best time! Everything was as described. Great location for staying close or venturing out on adventures. Even though there are houses nearby, the landscaping offers plenty of privacy. We felt like we were in our own little world. Owner was very easy to communicate with. It was a wonderful week, wish we would have had longer.

Dirty. Fecal matter and bugs. We didn't stay one night. Couldn't get the management company in the phone. Had to stay in hotel for the week with our family of 6. Will never use Vrbo again.

Quiet neighborhood; lots of good restaurants nearby

The property is located in an older, quiet neighborhood. There is a good supermarket a couple blocks away; lots of very good restaurants nearby. Lovely Florida screen covering over the rear deck/pool area. Nice to sit outside and enjoy the sun without worrying about bugs. We have a very restful visit -- just what we wanted. Easy to contact property owner rep with any concerns.

Nice pet friendly place close to Ft Myers and Sanibel Island

Family vacation (pet friendly) that was close to where other family members were staying. We all loved the pool! Only comment would be that since it is pet friendly, suggest a more thorough cleaning between guests. Our pup does not shed, but there were signs of other shedding. Also, do you allow cats? That would be nice to know as some family members are allergic. Overall though, can’t complain much. The separate electric cost was a bit high I feel, and unique. We’ve never stayed at a place that charged for electricity separately. We feel for the price we paid, it should have been included. The PM, Lilian, was great, courteous and very responsive from beginning to end. She’s to be commended! Thanks!
