Nice apartment in the home next to the farm. Quiet location with a wonderful view of the Chiemgau mountains. Enjoy your breakfast on the east balcony and the afternoon sun on the south balcony. A spacious living room, a cozy eat-in kitchen with standard equipment and a bathroom with tub are part of it. A carport is available for your car.
Of course balcony chairs are available. We are also happy to provide children's equipment (high chair and cot). We offer you the daily bread delivery service.

Ruhige , ländliche Gegend, aber nähe zum Chiemsee.Alles für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt vorhanden.Wohnung ausreichend groß u modern eingerichtet.Leider kein WLAN , war aber im Text angekündigt.Nette Gastgeber.Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist die Wohnung u Umgebung auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt auf dem Urban-Hof war sehr gut. Familie Reif Senior war sehr gastfreundlich. Wir konnten auch einen Brötchen-Service nutzen. Wir haben in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung mit 2 Balkonen 1 Urlaubswoche verbracht. Von einem Balkon hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick in Richtung Chiemsee und auf die Berge.

Ferien am Chiemsee

Ein gelungener Urlaub im Chiemgau. Ausflüge auf dem Chiemsee (Fraueninsel Herreninsel) wurden durch einen Besuch von Kloster Seeon sowie dem Königsee erweitert. Mein Auto stand wie in der Beschreibung angegeben in einem Carport direkt am Hauseingang. Von den Balkonen kann man den Chiemsee oder auch die Berge bewundern. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Eigentümer des Hauses sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir freuen uns auf einen weiteren Aufenthalt auf dem Urbanhof. Renate und Wolfgang

Ruhige, landschaftlich schöne Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig und schön eingerichtet. Sie bietet viel Platz, Verstau- und Abstellmöglichkeiten. Die Balkone haben wir gern genutzt. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Zu Fuß zur schönen Bademöglichkeit in Gollenshausen ca. 10 Minuten.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man benötigt. Die Lage, die Ruhe und der tolle Ausblick zur Kampenwand ist super. Auch haben wir jeden Morgen frische Brötchen bekommen. Wir können die Wohnung vorbehaltslos weiterempfehlen und würden hier auch wieder buchen. Viele Grüße aus dem Ruhrgebiet.

Ruhig, geräumig und sauber!

Ist natürlich optimal gelegen als Ausgangspunkt für Fahrrad- und Autotouren! Der See ist nicht weit. Schön ist auch das unsere Wohnung zwei Balkone hatte. Je nach Sonnenbedarf kann man wechseln. Auch der Brötchenservice ist recht angenehm.

Sehr nette Vermieter, eine richtig tolle , saubere Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat 2 Balkone, also wenn man möchte kann man immer in der Sonne sitzen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Ruhe , Wohnung, Umgebung und in der Gegend einfach Erholung pur. Nach 8 Tagen waren unsere inneren Akkus wieder vollaufgeladen . Alles in allem ein super Urlaub. Vielen Dank an Familie Reif.

Es hat uns super gefallen!

Familie Reif ist ausgesprochen nett und wir wurden von allen herzlich empfangen! Die Wohnung ist größer als gedacht, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Es gibt zwei Balkone wo man zu jeder Tageszeit die Sonne genießen kann und einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge hat. Wir hatten sogar die Wahl zwischen einer Garage und einem Carport fürs Auto! Der Chiemsee ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen, aber auch für sonstige Ausflüge ist die Lage ideal. Ob man einen Tag auf dem Chiemsee mit einem gemieteten Elektroboot verbringt, einfach nur Sonnenbaden und schwimmen geht, oder eine Tagestour zum Großglockner macht, die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super! Einen Bäcker erreicht man mit dem Auto, aber auch mit dem Rad in 2 Minuten. Was man unbedingt probieren muss; der selbstgemachte Käse der Gastfamilie! Richtig lecker!! :-) Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Herzlichen Dank für alles! :-)

Schöne Wohnung nahe des Sees mit tollem Blick auf die Berge

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben viele wunderschöne Ausflüge gemacht und kommen bestimmt mal wieder. Unsere Tochter fand die Kühe mit 9 Monaten schon toll. Das nächste Mal bekommen wir sie bestimmt nicht mehr aus dem Stall.
