Just above the beaches of the Plages du Midi, this historic villa combines Riviera character with generous living spaces and panoramic sea views. Built in 1900 and fully renovated, the property opens onto a large terrace and swimming pool while remaining only minutes from the Palais des Festivals.
On the western side of Cannes, the Plages du Midi district offers a more relaxed atmosphere than the Croisette while remaining close to the city center. Long beaches, seaside restaurants and open sea views create a setting that feels both lively and authentic.
In this environment stands a remarkable villa originally built in 1900 and fully renovated while preserving its character.
Spanning approximately 480m² across three levels, the villa offers bright living spaces designed for large gatherings and shared moments.
The first floor features a welcoming living room with sofas, armchairs and a piano, alongside the main fully equipped kitchen and dining room opening onto a south-facing terrace. Three bedrooms are also located on this level, each with air conditioning and private bathroom facilities.
A beautiful early-20th-century staircase leads to the second floor. Here, a second living area opens onto a balcony with sea views, accompanied by a billiard room and a second kitchen. Three additional bedrooms and bathrooms complete this floor.
On the garden level, a lounge area and two further bedrooms provide direct access to the pool, creating an ideal indoor-outdoor living experience.
Outside, the large terrace and swimming pool invite long afternoons under the Riviera sun, while three parking spaces add valuable convenience.
With eight bedrooms across three levels, the villa can host up to sixteen guests, an exceptional setting for large family stays or group visits to Cannes.

At UPSTAYS, we believe in a balance between freedom and respect for the apartment, for the teams who prepare it, and for the neighborhood that surrounds it.
Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.
Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.
Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.
If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.
Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash
Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.
Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.
For the comfort of all:
Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
