La Grande Verdette residence is located along "Marmottes" slope which allows you to reach the snow front and the main ski lifts in a few seconds. Arrival and departure on skis at the foot of the residence.

Pedestrian access to the station takes just a few minutes!

This is a new residence is delivered to fall 2024.

This 83m² apartment offers warm decoration and high quality materials.

An indoor parking space (basement of the residence) is reserved for you.
You have a ski locker with boot dryer which opens directly onto the Bellard chairlift.

The apartment is composed of a living room opening onto a furnished terrace of 25m2 and equipped with a Nordic bath.
The main room offers a living room - dining room and an equipped kitchen.
A first bedroom with its own bathroom with WC is equipped with a 160 bed and a TV.
A second bedroom has a 160 cm bed and a TV as well. This bedroom is connecting to a small room with a 120x200 bed.
Finally, the third bedroom, also called the dormitory, offers 4 beds: two bed has 120*200 cm bed and two beds has 90*200 cm high bed.
A bathroom and a separate toilet complete this apartment.
