Spacious and a quiet neighborhood. The back patio and common areas have plenty of space to group up. The host was very communicative and the location isn't far from many great attractions!

The villa was perfect layout for us (2 families plus grandparent) where everyone felt they had their own space and not on top of each other. Kids loved the themed rooms - some of the decals could do with being refreshed. Really enjoyed our stay.Great location - we were home from Disney in 20 mins. Communication was great from the host, they replied within minutes of my message. Lovely lake view which you could also see from the upstairs window making the house light and airy. Very effective air con which was appreciated in the July heat.
