Loved the location and proximity to I 95 and Mount Vernon highway. We felt very secure, with little or no noise coming from the other rooms or outside.

I stayed in the Franklin Suite. Room was excellent, area was great with stores for shopping and restaurants for dining. Will definitely be using The Prince St Inn again in the near future. Hopefully next time I can get the King Suite.
Very clean. We had trouble getting the code to work but someone called right away and helped us.
I would recommend adding an extra blanket and pillow and there were no forks. Otherwise it was a really nice place
Location is great but a couple easy improvements are necessary. Some kinda window treatments - Street lite followed by Eastern exposure, morning lite this place is bright, bright, bright. Tough sleep if you're into darkness for that. No coffee maker? No ice trays? Super easy fixes

Things I wish I knew ahead of time
Old Town is a great neighborhood but the property is not a typical inn - no front desk or staff on site. The unit's on the top floor and there's no elevator. There's no closet and after requesting a clothing rack and being told it'd arrive the next day, it didn't arrive and I had to call again to ask where it was. The blinds don't keep the light out at night and there's a building being constructed a few doors down. The coffee maker barely made a cup of coffee and after using a few pods, I was told I could get more from the office (which I had to find on my own). I sent a few emails before I stayed that didn't get a response. I was promised
Nice looking property in a popular neighborhood. Was not aware we would be in a 3rd floor walk-up apartment with no elevator. The air conditioning didn't work the first two days (which were both during 90 plus degree heat). No closet or place to hang clothes. No ice availability. Bed is surrounded on three sides by walls so difficult for partner to get in or out of bed. Kitchen is minimally equipped to fix meals that involve cooking.
