Completely remodeled as of fall 2022 wonderful Sea of Cortez Beach front ground level - very private and very exclusive with a huge grass area to play on right next to the main pool and bar and restaurant areas. very large 2 bedroom. second bedroom is large and has 2 queen beds. Master suite is totally separate. Location Location Location- this unit is close to everything yet tucked away and very private. The grass area borders the Beach area and is very secluded.

We Live in Baja and am in love with the place. Casa Del Mar is a perfect Vacation spot and we take great pride in keeping our condo in perfect shape.
Why they chose this property
We love the ground level with the big grassy area in front and looking at the sea of Cortez beyond the grass area - the view is incredible - like a postcard
What makes this property unique
- full service amenities as we are associated with the Zoetry Resorts in being able to receive their services (at a cost of course)
- the location of Casa Del Mar is the sandiest beach in the Corridor between Cabo and San Jose Del Cabo
having the grass in front of unit makes it very special as it feels very big.
- the Casa Del Mar/Zoetry is a 5-star resort that is impeccably maintained. the grounds and hardscape and landscape is beautiful.
Casa Del Mar/Zoetry Realestate is very spread out over a large tract of land so everything is graciously spaced out and you feel like you are on an island with huge spaces and a big Arroyo and a huge beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear waters.
