Welcome to our quaint and comfy one-story, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath beach home! Watch the ocean while relaxing in bed, washing dishes, having a meal, or lounging in the living room. Ocean and/or mountain views from any room in our home. Enjoy the outdoors on the back patio while sitting in our hot tub, or lounging on the outdoor furniture. Just 1/2 mile to eateries, groceries, seaside golf course and the beginning of the Seaside Promenade. Only 2 miles to Seaside Downtown. Our lovely home sits across the street from the amazing Pacific Ocean. Looking north to desired Seaside Beach and looking south to Tillamook Head. Just out front is the Seaside Cove surf spot. Enjoy the view from kitchen, living room, dining room, and from the master bedroom.


Dog fees are $15/dog/night with a $30 minimum per dog. We accept 2 dogs only.
Any additional fees owed will be added after booking. Dogs must be at least 1 year of age and spayed or neutered. The contract will note the full requirements.

Wonderful location and very clean. We love this place, it has a rwally good vibe. Only suggestion is to update couch which is looking tired (but that is minor). Love the beach right across the street. Great hosts!

This property was everything we were looking for. Ocean front, shopping close by, and a beautiful yard for our four legged family member to run around in. The entire property was well maintained and very clean. And communication with the property owner was prompt and helpful from beginning to end of our stay. Would love to have stayed longer but for sure will be back to visit again. Thank you for all the hospitality.

Beautiful beachfront home!

This was a beautiful place to end our road trip! Home was very clean, and my kids loved the heated bathroom floors after a chilly walk on the beach. The beach access was perfect. We loved searching for sand dollars, and coming back to a nice hot tub in the evenings. Would highly recommend!

Magical

This is by far one of the coolest vacation rentals we’ve stayed at. The location could not be beat and the views were magical. We loved sitting in the living room watching the waves and sunset to one side and the golf course to the other side all while enjoying a peaceful fire. We loved the proximity to the beach. It made it so easy with kids. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom was very nicely updated. Although old and original, the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We also loved the jacuzzi and used it every day! We would definitely come back here again.

Wonderful

We’ve been coming to Seaside since moving to the PNW 4 years ago, this was our first year staying beach front and will not be our last! This house is perfect. There were 3 of us, a couple and a friend, and our dogs. Perfect vacation and location. House was immaculately clean and had everything you could want in a rental house. No beach towels, but everything else! Bathroom was so nice and that living room. Incredible. Already booked another stay!

By far the best property we’ve stayed at in Seaside. Cleanliness was amazing, views spectacular, the eagles out back were one of my favorite things other than that fireplace and bathroom! Definitely going to be booking again and have told extended family about the property as well. Thank you so much for sharing your comfortable home with us

Amazing view

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend here! The views were amazing. The house was clean and the perfect size for two couples and a child. We enjoyed being close to the beach, watching the beautiful sunsets, and using the hot tub, which was very clean. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Excellent 180 degree view on both sides!

This location can't be beat! 180 view of the ocean out front and 180 view of golf course out back. Extremely clean and well maintained. Easy access to everything Seaside has to offer. Would definitely stay here again with our little pup.

The beach in November? Why not?!?!?

Our stay at this VRBO was amazing to say the very least! The home was very clean and welcome stocked. The combination of the peaceful golf course behind the house, and the amazing ocean views in the front of the house gave me the relaxing I was looking for. My wife and I would 10 out of 10 stay here again.

Perfect Weekend

Our weekend stay was perfect. The house was impeccably clean and so homey. We have stayed in many VRBOs and this is the top of the list. The location could not be better. The bed was so comfortable that we now need to search a for new bed at home. We loved the decor. Everything you need and every detail attended to.

Charming beach bungalow

Perfect house for girls weekend. Rigjt across the street from the ocean and golf course on the othe side. Hot tub was very clean as was the house. Comfy beds, newly remodeled bathroom, well decorated. Patio was cozy. Kitchen is dated but it was more than adequate for our needs. Had lots of supplies in the garage for the beach too! Quick bike ride to town or short walk to the osprey cafe. Definitely get the breakfast burrito

One of Seaside’s best

This is the FIRST time we went into a rental and felt like we did not have to clean the place. This house was immaculate. No cleaning necessary. Also was well organized, left nothing to the imagination. We will choose them again .

18th Birthday a success!

The only thing my daughter asked for was to see the ocean for her 18th birthday. So...I made it happen! She was able to bring her best friend as well. The beach house was clean and beautifully decorated! The views are amazing! The hot tub was perfect to relax in on a chilly evening. The beds were super comfortable. Not easy to say when I love my bed at home.

What a view

The property looked as good as the pictures and so did the view! I selected this property for three reasons: a) View, b) Fireplace, and c) Private Hot Tub.There are two picture windows opposite each other in the center of the house. One faces the ocean, the other a golf course, both grand views.The fireplace was gas but oh so warm and just gave a nice, homey touch as we sat and read and, did I say, look at the view.The hot tub is on the back deck, covered, and faces the golf course which at night means seclusion.The house was clean and had all the utensils etc we needed. Instructions from the owner's were clear. And the few times we actually spoke the owner Malia was plain old friendly.A nice place to stay.

The view is the main attraction—Wow!

Our stay at Seaview was brief (2 nights) but so lovely. The house was spotless and so inviting. The beds were very comfortable and the main bathroom has recently been remodeled, and it’s fabulous! The weather was mostly cool and overcast, so we really enjoyed the main living room, and decamped with our books and blankets while enjoying a warm fire and taking in the view. Can we talk about the view for a minute? Wow! Just wow!! I’ve vacationed in many seaside spots on both the east and West Coast, and the view from Seaview wins, hands down—spectacular! It is the main attraction, and I could’ve sat there all day and just taken in the view. The cove is gorgeous and a relatively unspoiled stretch of beach. If you feel like you have to take a break from the view, head to the hot tub and enjoy a view of the cloud laced mountains and the resident bald Eagle. All in all, Seaview was one of the most memorable parts of our trip—worth every penny!!

Malia was raised in Honaunau, Hawaii in a little town south of Kona. We love raising our daughter Pualani on the lovely Oregon Coast. Our business area includes Gearhart, Seaside, Cannon Beach & Arch Cape. We enjoy walking around the beaches year-round, swimming in the creeks during the summer warmer months, or surfing. Some of our favorite hiking spots are Oswald West and Ecola State Park from Crest beach to Indian beach. Everywhere we go we see someone we are connected to. From going to the post office, grocery shopping, having a meal, or just shopping. Which is why we started our business Kukui House Services here. Kukui means “light” in Hawaiian. Kukui “Light” House Services. We help owners with their rental or private home, and our guests so they experience a wonderful stay. Our clients tell us we are friendly, have quality cleans, and are responsive.
