After a very stressful transfer (bus got stuck and crashed in narrow street) the property owner met us at our Villa. Very spacious and immaculately clean with a lovely private pool surrounded by lovely palm trees and flowers! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Villa. There are a few small restaurants nearby and local transport is difficult (Tib bus stop is only 5 minute walk away but larger places like Inca/Palma are a bus/train ride)

Nice house in Selva

The house itself is large and beautiful with nice decoration No garden The pool is tiny There's no cooking supplies like oil , seasonings so you have to prepare basically everything You might find it a problem with finding a parking space Selva is a charming little village with some very nice restaurants The property is just a few minutes walk from the center The nearest big town Inca is not remarkable at all

Belle maison, piscine plus petite que sur la photo. Venus en début juin, pas eu besoin de la clim, en faisant des courants d'air le soir.Effectivement grande difficulté pour stationner dans le village, attention au gabarit du véhicule utilisé car rues très étroites !

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir waren mit dem Haus rund um zufrieden. Alles was man braucht und vieles mehr ist vorhanden. Der Pool ist vollkommen ausreichend. Alles liebevoll dekoriert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ort ist (vielleicht etwas zu) sehr ruhig.

Wir waren nach 3 Jahren zum zweiten Mal dort, alles bestens. Vermieterin Agentur top.Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: WiFi-Ausleuchtung.Ansonsten immer wieder eine gelungene Erholung.

Urlaub mit Familie

Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder und hatten genug Platz. Im OG hat es ein Zimmer mit Panoramablick. Selva liegt sehr zentral für Ausflüge. Der einzige Nachteil ist die Parksituation. Wir mussten zum Teil 300 m weiter unten parken.Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns gut erholt.

Finca in Selva

Wir waren 10 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Finca. Die Lage war top. Die Parkplatzsuche gestaltete sich immer als ein Abenteuer. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen, ein kleines Auto zu mieten. I

Magnífica estancia

Nos ha gustado todo, la casa es preciosa, amplia, cómoda y muy limpia. La zona ideal para visitar distintas partes de la isla. El único pero" sería que no hay aparcamiento y dependes de la suerte al llegar cada día.

Fantastisch

Die Lage, die Finca, die Umgebung war einfach traumhaft, zumindest wenn man vom wirklichen Mallorca was mitbekommen möchte... Wer Party und Jubel, Trubel und Heiterkeit sucht, sollte was anderes wählen... Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen...

Mindennel nagyon meg voltunk elégedve. A Ház nagyon szépen be van rendezve, a konyha is jól felszerelt. A medencét imádtuk. A tulajdonos nagyon segítőkész, minden kérdésre azonnal reagáll. Köszönjök!

Toller Aufenthalt

Als war wie beschrieben. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, da es zu kühl war. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet. Parken war eigentlich kein Problem. Nur ist es sehr eng in Selva. Ein kleines Auto ist von Vorteil. Die Lage im die Insel zu erkunden ist super. Vielen Dank nochmals

Kletterurlaub auf Mallorca

Schönes, sauberes und vor allem geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mitten in Selva. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Parkplatz Situation. Ansonsten alles super. Bäcker und Top Restaurant zu Fuß erreichbar.

A lovely large property with a peaceful village.

Magda was warm and welcoming. The property was spotlessly and set in a lovely quiet village with fabulous views of the mountains. Shops and restaurants only 15 minutes walk away and only 40 minutes drive away from the big towns of Palma and Porto cristo. Overall a fantastic property and an extremely relaxing stay had by all.

Lovely property in beautiful town

Was a lovely property - clean, spacious, comfortable, well equipped and beautiful furnishings. Loved the plunge pool and outside area. Good location for exploring Mallorca. Loved the fact it was walking distance to a great bar/restaurant El Forn and another cafe plus able to pick up supplies from supermarket in Selva or Inca. Managed to find parking spaces but streets narrow so a smaller car would have been advantageous. Property manager very helpful and prompt to reply. Definitely recommend.

großartiger Urlaub in la Casa grande

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dem wunderschönen Haus, das total authentisch wirkt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Es gibt einfach nichts zu meckern, denn die Beschreibung trifft es genau. Kontakt war super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es, sowie Restaurants, die man auch empfehlen kann. Vielleicht kommen wir nochmal. :)

We loved our stay

The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. A lovely place to return to after a day out - thank you very much. We enjoyed the open living space and easy access to the terrace and plunge pool. We appreciated the cost of electricity but thought 20€ per day for air conditioning was rather expensive - however the house is on a hill and a with the windows open a cooling breeze floats though, so we didn’t miss the AC. A very nice house jn a nice location. We took several evening strolls around Selva, the views above the church are amazing, followed by a drink in the town square.
