Located on the Cabellou peninsula, one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Concarneau, renowned for its beautiful setting and tranquil atmosphere, this lovely house seamlessly blends tradition with modernity.
THE house :
A true family home, it will delight you with its spaciousness. From the entrance, you'll have access to the fitted kitchen, leading to the open living space that seamlessly connects to the outdoors. This area opens onto the large terrace where you can enjoy outdoor dining and even organize a barbecue. On the ground floor, you'll also find a charming bedroom with a washbasin and a separate toilet. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms complete the set along with a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
Villa "Les Lutins" is an ideal and reassuring place for family vacations. Access is secured by a code-locked gate at the entrance of the property, allowing you to let your children play in the garden with peace of mind.
Slip on your flip-flops or hiking shoes, grab your backpack or beach bag, and head down the private path. You'll arrive directly at "La Belle Ă©toile" beach and the GR 34 coastal path, which winds along the Breton coastline, offering magnificent walks.
The house is surrounded by a garden of over 1000 mÂČ where you can relax and enjoy dinner on the terrace after a day filled with discoveries.
For your convenience, a washing machine is available during your stay, as well as a garage where you can store your bikes, strollers, or simply your suitcases.
