Wonderful time in Rincon

We had a wonderful stay here… the place was comfortable, cute, close to the beach and town, and had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. However, like others have commented, communication was very poor. We were in need of help one night and reached out by VRBO message and phone call but didn’t receive any response until the next day.

I really loved the spacious place, clean, and right across the street from a beautiful beach with showers and water sports right there. We were also close enough to walk to the town square, where there are plenty of places to eat and shop. I took a star off for communication because I had to track them down for my check in, and a star off condition of property bc the shower was broken (there was a fix) and the ceiling in bathroom was starting to mold. I would still stay there again though because it was really nice and had a balcony.

Basic Property - Not on the Beach - Communication issues

Overall this property was neat and clean. It is a basic rental but the balcony was nice. We enjoyed watching the local chickens, the ocean and an exercise class daily! This property is not on the beach as the picture show. It is a short 5 minute walk but I thought the property was right on the beach. You have to cross the road and go through a small town park to get to the beach. We did have a ton of issues working the gate - vehicle and pedestrian. The gate code never worked for the vehicle gate (luckily the power was out when we arrive and the gate was propped open). The "beeper" that they give you is a gate opener - without it we were locked out of the property. The pedestrian gate code worked the first 2 days but stopped working on the day we checked out. Over the 3 days and 2 nights that we were there I called the emergency number, sent an email and finally on the last day I messaged them through VRBO. They only messaged me back through VRBO. They never returned my emergency call which was very frustrating.

I have been renting this property for many years and I am always excited to see the beautiful sunsets from the living room, balcony or almost every part of the apartment. I recommend this property to share with your loved ones.

This property is very comfortable and can accommodate large families or groups of friends. It has everything you need to vacation, it is located in the safest area of Rincon and you can enjoy a beautiful beach for the whole family.

Nothing more perfect, a wonderful and invigorating view of the beach and being able to enjoy it in a few seconds. Nice pool, beach gate, off street parking and convenient elevator. The location, few minutes from the town allows you to walk and celebrate without thinking about driving back. The water and electricity back up system will ensure your pleasant stay.
