We knew from the moment we saw this property for the first time, it was more than just an apartment. It would make for the perfect vrbo.

Bring the sports fan in your life on your next visit to St. Peter to enjoy this second story apartment right in the heart of downtown. Whether you are in town for a specific event, or are just looking for a fun place to get away, this property is filled with some fabulous features to make your stay memorable.

With 3 bedrooms the apartment can sleep 6 adults comfortably. You will also find 2 full bathrooms, a trundle bed and bunk beds for additional sleeping options, accommodating up to 10 total guests which makes it a nice option for families as well. Your biggest decision will be: do you choose your sleeping room because of the bed setup or because it's decorated with your favorite Minnesota team?

The highlight of this apartment we affectionately refer to as "The Arena" is the open concept kitchen. We hope you will enjoy spending time with friends and family watching the big games on 2 TV's, playing some cards on the convertible poker/dining room table, or just hanging out enjoying your company. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to prepare game-time snacks or a full dinner. If cooking isn't your thing, there are many options for dining or take out within walking distance.

Another cool, unexpected, feature of The Arena is that the 2nd story apartment actually has an upstairs! If you are looking for a more comfortable place to watch the game (or your favorite movie when the game is on in the kitchen), this room provides an additional TV area with theater style recliners and giant bean bags.

Not convinced yet?? Well my personal favorite part of The Arena has quickly become the custom arcade. It is located in the same open area as the poker table and kitchen so you can still be a part of the gathering all while playing your favorite arcade games. This unit was designed (also with a Minnesota sports theme) and built locally by Retro Replay Arcades. With over 5,000 games available, I hope you enjoy re-living your childhood arcade memories as much as we have. No quarters required!

**Please note - This is a second story apartment with a significant number of steps. This property is not a good option if anyone in your party has difficulty climbing stairs.

Clean, spacious and great family gathering area. We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding at the Capital Room. It was close and very quiet. Our young grandchildren absolutely loved it. They are 6 and 3 and had so much fun. The sports team was a perfect touch.

Our group had a great time. The place was clean, very nice and in a great Saint Peter location. Brian and MaKayla did an excellent job communicating in a professional manner. Definitely a place to stay at!

Great Place to Stay!

Overall a great place to stay while in town. The location was perfect. The men had a great time with the poker table and arcade machine. The owner was great at communication as well! Being on the main street it was a little noisy throughout the whole night but that was manageable. I would highly recommend staying here.

This property truly has everything you could want if you’re coming in from out of town. We stayed the weekend for a wedding and were SO comfortable. Perfect Weekend Getaway

This is the second time we have stayed at one of Brian's locations. He is always very accommodating, friendly, and makes the checking in process easy and fast. This apartment was perfect for the 8 of us. It was very spacious and the arcade was a big hit! We loved the location. We will definitely be booking this apartment again in the future!

Awesome space and great location for our softball tournament weekend

We had three set of adults and teenage girls in town for a softball tournament in Mankato. Our host was so easy to work with, plenty of parking, close to restaurants and right downtown, quick drive to Mankato, comfy beds, spacious kitchen, and great space for girls to hang out upstairs. They have thought of everything here and it made the Stay so easy and enjoyable. Will stay again when in the area.

The home itself was very clean and would have been perfect for us — great location and layout. Unfortunately, there were so many strong artificial fragrances (plug-ins, sprays, etc.) that we had headaches the entire weekend. Even after removing all the air fresheners, opening windows, and airing things out, the scent was overwhelming.The sheets and towels were also heavily perfumed — it seemed like they’d been washed in strongly scented detergent and fabric softener, and maybe sprayed afterward. We actually skipped showers because we didn’t bring our own towels and couldn’t handle the scent on our skin.If you don’t mind heavy fragrance, this place could be a great fit. But if you’re sensitive to artificial scents, it’s something to be aware of before booking.

Wedding Weekend

Our son was married at The Capitol Room. This is just about a block from the VRBO. So this location was perfect for us. I would recommend this location for sure. Brian was very wonderful and accommodating. The place itself was nice and roomy and the tv room upstairs is awesome. The sports themed rooms were very fun!

A gem in the heart of the city

Perfect spot!! My husband and I stayed at this rental with a few of our former college friends when we came back to visit the town. It was close to all our old hangout spots and had ample space. It felt very comfortable and the huge movie room upstairs could certainly sleep extra kids if you wanted to bring them along too. I highly recommend and will be sure to rent this again next time we visit for a game.

An amazing weekend

This property thought of everything. Plenty of activites for entertainment, extra Hygiene products, an an awesome sports themed rooms. My toddler daughters loved the open concept and the space to play. Communication was great. It was a wonderful weekend.

The Arena

We loved the property, and it was even better than the pictures showed! We had nine people all together and everyone had a great time. We were able to walk to the grocery store two short blocks away. Very comfortable, and several people loved the TV room upstairs and the arcade machine. Our host Brian was great, and you could tell how proud he was of the place.

Awesome get together space!

There were 3 couples visiting St. Peter for a wedding. It was “Parents Weekend” for a local college, we were nervous seeing a ‘sports themed’ unit thinking college-kid hang out. Boy–were we wrong! From the moment we entered we were wow-ed. The first thing was how wonderfully bright and airy the space felt-huge skylights let in a massive amount of natural sunlight (laundry room had a skylight!). The main area had Tivoli lights when it got dark, adding to the ambience. Six of us easily fit around the main table, and plenty of space at the bar for snacking. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook (as it’s walking distance to many restaurants we didn’t cook other than breakfast). Each bedroom had a different MN sports team for reach in room identification; we took the Gopher room-loved the size and its own bathroom. Lucky for us-our MN Vikings were playing at 8:30 on Sunday morning. The loft area was ideal for watching the game! Comfy seats & big screen TV was perfect. There’s an arcade game in main area which we didn’t use-no time. Were there any downsides? Not really. The only thing a few of the guys mentioned is only one couch in the main area. Since we were at the table playing games-didn’t matter. The owner happened to run into us a few times and was just great at helping us acclimate to the space and the local area. We absolutely would stay here again, and us ladies are thinking it would be perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Decided to stay In St. Peter this year for our annual girls weekend! What a warm welcome to a small town! Loved shopping, thrifting & coffee shops! We loved all being able to gather for talking & laughing around the game table near a large open kitchen. The rooms & beds were comfy but it took some creative grouping to figure out who slept where!! Our host answered the text in record time! Great communication. The front stairs was a challenge as well as an icy parking lot but a great experience overall!

Absolutely will stay here again

The apartment exceeded our expectations. The host was amazing and accommodating. They seem to have thought of everything. The only down side was the traffic noise from the master bedroom. Ear plugs were provided. I did not have any issues sleeping however. All in all, a fantastic place to stay. We WILL stay here again.
