Walls and walls of windows, with electric shades in living/dining area. Professionally designed indoor and outdoor spaces. Renovated kitchen with professional grade cookware and utensils. Inside dining for 12. Outside dining for 12 (or more). Front Load Washer and Dryer located inside. Four large Smart TVs. Ceiling fans throughout. Quiet neighborhood. Wifi enabled with connectivity to the beach, depending upon conditions. All linens provided.

House was nice and comfortable. Has plenty of kitchen accessories. Close to beach. Can set up tent on beach and see from deck. Pirate Beach Subdivision always nice and quiet. Will definitely stay again.

This stay was wonderful. It is so close to the beach literally just steps, it is in an area that is away from the hectic traffic on and off the beach that it made it so stress free and relaxing. Had one issue that we caused and the host was wonderful about it. She is very good at communicating when it is needed. The house totally fit our needs. Thank you so much!!

Me and my family had a great stay at The Blue Pelican. The house is beautiful and stocked with so much. You can tell a lot of thought went into making sure guests were comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend renting this home for any future vacations.

The house was wonderful! Very clean and well stocked. There were plenty of extra beach toys downstairs and cooking supplies in the kitchen, though you may want to bring Tupperware if you’re wanting to store food. Plenty of glass and plastic dishes. We had three families and the division of the rooms was perfect for our crew with kids ages 4, 5, and 8. The beach is just a few steps away and very quiet. The kids really enjoyed the nook in the master bedroom with the twin trundle beds. It took us a hot minute to figure out how to turn on the master shower (it was us, it’s not hard) but the host was very responsive. We would absolutely stay again :)

Wonderful stay. Property was very clean. Beds comfy. It was very welcoming. Has everything you need for cooking and really nice hammocks downstairs. The best part is the rooftop deck complete with nice furniture for sunset watching. Master bed room very spacious. Everything has been updated.

Perfect Spring weekend getaway!
