"Just Right" in Pirates Beach West - Family Friendly! Updated! Pet Friendly!!

This comfortable beach house in exclusive Pirates Beach West is perfect for your next vacation. Our home has three bedrooms (king, queen, full w/ twin trundle, twin) and can accommodate eight people. There is a partial ocean view from the covered deck, living room and master bedroom. The house is located beach side and is three short blocks to the beach. If you have additional questions regarding our home, please feel free to call me.

Our home is equipped with many amenities including an extremely well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, four televisions (one in each bedroom, plus living room - 3 of which are flat screens), wireless broadband internet access and outdoor charcoal grill.

Our home features an over sized yard with nice landscaping, outdoor shower, and sand volleyball court. Vacant lot on one side of the house allows for extra room to play ball with the kids. We have a portable crib available for infants/toddlers. Several beach toys and boogie boards are available to our guests.

Our house is about three minutes away from Galveston Country Club, Galveston Island State Park and West Bay. It is about ten minutes away from Galveston restaurants, The Strand, Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn.

We list our house as 'pet friendly'. However, some we aren't able to accommodate due to size/breed. Please inquire when asking about renting our home. Thank you.

Amazing house

Thank you for an incredibly clean and fully equipped house. The area is one of the safest on the island. The neighbors were great and everything was so easy to get to.

Great getaway

Very clean home with everything you need, a well stocked kitchen, and loads of things for young kiddos, too. The primary bed and bath is very nice. A perfect place for our family! Highly recommend

Great place for a family vacation

Our expectations were exceeded. The house was clean and well furnished. Plus there were extra beach supplies in the garage. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained and the closeness to the beach access was perfect. It was an overall great experience for the entire family and we are considering making it a yearly destination.

Just right beach house

Nice neighborhood. Not too far from the beach. Beach was not terribly crowded even for the holiday weekend. Really enjoyed the family get together. Great parking spaces under the balcony. Also it has a nice outdoor shower.

Super nice cabin

Yard and neighborhood was very well maintained and quiet especially during 4th of July! Short walk to the beach with wagon, beach toys and chairs in garage that we used. Cabin was clean and very nicely decorated. The owner was very receptive with my questions. Thanks for a great stay.

Great Location & Everything We Needed

This home is located away from the crowds of the Galveston seawall but is easy access to the beach. The patio is wonderful to enjoy, outdoor shower is a plus. The home has hardwood floors so makes it easy to pick up after all the in and out of little kids and a dog. Kitchen is well stocked and garage has beach necessities should you need something.

Upscale Beach Home

The Kennedy's were wonderful to work with and rental process went very smoothly. Home was as advertised - clean, bright, roomie, filled with any amenity one might need. HUGE big screen tv was perfect to come home and curl up on the coach across from after hanging out at the beach. Area is perfect - less crowded and private feeling but close enough to drive into town if so desired. Thanks again!

Wonderful beach house stay

Great visit at Just Right again. We are repeat renters of this house because it's the perfect house for our family and we love the quiet, nice neighborhood of Pirates Beach West. Great large kitchen area and front deck to enjoy lots of family time together and a great large open part underneath that is very nice and convenient for play or relaxing. Loads of beach things like beach wagon, chairs, toys etc to use which is very nice. We had once small issue and the owners were very quick and responsive. We rented a golf cart this time which was the cherry on top to our visit! We will be back!

Quick vacation

We stayed here for a short 2 day trip with our kids and some friends. The place was nice and clean, well maintained and beautiful. The only downfall was the location of the beach. The pictures show it is right on the beachfront and it isn’t. You have to walk through the subdivision to get to the beach access point. Other than that, we loved it! We will be back!

We had a great experience at this property. It had a great amount of space indoors and outdoors, was in a nice area, and was well appointed. We came in town to visit family nearby for Thanksgiving and made good use of the kitchen which was well stocked and had all the things I needed to prep our dishes. We were walking distance to the beach, which our daughter loved. The house was super clean with comfortable beds. Booking and communication with the owner was excellent. We had a great time all-around. I highly recommend this property and hope to be back!

We love this rental!

We have rented this beach house a few times now and just love it for our family! It's a great family home with everything you need. And we love that we can bring our dog! We love the Pirates Beach West neighborhood and beach. We didn't have any issues this stay, so we didn't need to be in touch with the owners, but in the past, if we did, Jeremy is very quick to respond to any needs.

Labor Day Weekend Get Away

It was so nice to get away for the Labor Day Weekend, Teresa, our host was very cordial and welcoming. The beach house was wonderful, as was the neighborhood. Having access to private beach in the beach house neighborhood was so great! The beach house was spacious, cozy, and so comfortable! Five Stars!

Lone Star Rally 2022

The property is impressive, within walking distance of the beach and a general store. Our host Mrs. Teresa was very accommodating and answered all calls made to her. Check-in / Check-out was easy, and the property was spotless. We are hoping to return next year to this exact location.

Just Right is Right!

Just the right house for the perfect beach week! The kitchen was well stocked. The living room and bedrooms are roomy and cozy. The beach toys were in abundance. Tucked away in a nice corner of the neighborhood. Pirates Beach West is our favorite neighborhood to stay in. The beach is not crowded and we always seem to have it to ourselves during most of our stay. We rented a golf cart, but the walk is short and doable with the wagon they provided. The owners were quick with any and all communication. Highly recommend the "Just Right" beach house!

This house is our special getaway where we can spend quality family time away from the city hustle. We are also avid foodies and outdoor adventurers. Our property is located in a secluded subdivision with no "Drive on Beach" access. It is conveniently located directly across from Dollar General and other stores to get whatever is needed. Family friendly beach with easy beach access.
