It's a nice little studio and the host, Jean-Paul, is very friendly and helpful. There are many, many restaurants around with excellent service. It's a student area, so if you're older, like my husband and I, bring your earplugs for a quiet sleep. But we were prepared and we always bring earplugs when we travel.

John Paul welcomed us at the apartment and was available to help with any issues that came up. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. It is in a very touristy area, but we were not bothered by noise at night. Although not a "luxury" apartment, it was adequate for our needs. It was a bit small for my husband, who is very tall. But "location, location, location!"

This apartment is in a very touristy area but felt like an oasis! The suite was clean and inviting, with simple but stylish decor, windows with lots of light and a view of the rooftops, functional kitchen, and a comfortable bed, but the highlight for us was the private outdoor rooftop terrace. We used it as often as we could, even though it was mostly rainy while we were in Paris. The apartment is close to everything- restaurants, shopping, metro, and the Seine. The value for this apartment was incredible, and Jean- Paul was an attentive host, who responded to two minor concerns immediately and with such graciousness. He also let us check in early, which was so appreciated after a long overnight flight. We would definitely make this our home base in Paris again!

Notre Dame, transport, the Seine and a plethora of eating options on your doorstep. Location couldn't be beat! Access to metro was brilliant. Jean-Paul met us and took us through the property at 11pm so appreciative of his personal touch. He gave us suggestions for eating and we used them to celebrate a wedding anniversary. Some noise from late night revellers passing by was heard on some nights. The next time we are in Paris we are staying there again, thank you Jean-Paul

Comfortable apartment in Central Paris

We stayed for a week at this apartment. We had an early morning arrival and our host, Jean Paul was very accommodating in letting us check in a bit early. Communication with him was excellent and the check in/check out process was very easy. The apartment was well outfitted with a comfy bed, stocked kitchen, and clean linens. The rooftop view of the towers of Notre Dame out of every window was amazing! Because of all the windows and the apartment being on a loud pedestrian street, there is noise throughout the night (bring earplugs). The location is excellent- just a minute from the Saint Michel metro stop which connects to the RER and CDG airport. It was cold during our stay so unfortunately, we could not enjoy the beautiful rooftop patio that connects to the apartment.

I had an amazing stay at this accommodation! The location is incredibly convenient, surrounded by numerous restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisines at reasonable prices. There’s also a supermarket nearby, making it easy to cook meals in the apartment. Iconic landmarks like the Louvre, Notre Dame, and the Musée d'Orsay are all within walking distance, which made exploring the city so much more enjoyable. Transportation is a breeze with metro and RER stations just a few minutes’ walk away. One of the best features is the elevator, which made carrying luggage effortless. While it may not be the most luxurious accommodation, it truly felt like a home away from home. A special thanks to Host Jean Paul, who was a true gentleman. He personally greeted me upon arrival and promptly addressed any questions I had. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip and would definitely choose this place again for my next visit to Paris!

Enjoy Paris

What a charming and cozy apartment! The rooms were flooded with light - on some days we could even enjoy the colours of the sunrise over Notre Dame Cathedral. The Seine is right around the corner - taking walks along the river is so inspiring. It was so nice to be warmly welcomed in person by our friendly host Jean-Paul. He gave us a tour around the apartment including the beautiful roof-top terrace and explained everything we had to know. The apartment is perfectly equiped. The elevator makes it easily accessible with luggage. Shopping can be done very conveniently in the neighbourhood. My husband and I spent 1.5 weeks in Paris and we found it very practical that you can reach many of the Paris sites by walking. We also used the Velib rental bikes a lot. Also the Metro station is only a 3 minute walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jean-Paul’s apartment and hopefully can come back. Thank you so much!!!

Location, location, location

This rental is located centrally in Paris, allowing for easy access to subway lines that connect you to every part of the city, including CDG. It has enough room for one person or a couple that can share a comfortable full bed and small living spaces. The layout is unique in that the shower and toilet are separated, with the latter located in a small room closer to the patio (in an area of the apartment that is surrounded by glass like a greenhouse, which may not be warm during colder temperatures). A small portable heater is provided for the toilet room should it be cold. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. This rental perfectly served our purposes for our almost two-week stay. Given that it is a small space on the top floor (accessed by a reliable two-person elevator), the only shortcoming is somewhat lacking ventilation (important for those with allergies), though we solved that issue by leaving the shower room door open and opening the windows frequently. The latter may not be an option during the cold rainy months though.

It's a pity you didn't appreciate the exceptional charm of the view over the rooftops of Paris, Notre-Dame, the light, the terrace like a little garden in the sky, one of the most picturesque areas of Paris near the banks of the Seine, the Latin Quarter ... It's a pity.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Parisian gem! We recently spent a week in Jean Paul's apartment, and it exceeded our expectations.First off, the location is unbeatable. Being in the heart of the Latin Quarter, we were immersed in the vibrant Parisian atmosphere from the moment we stepped outside. A 7-minute stroll took us to the breathtaking Notre Dame, and we found ourselves wandering through charming streets filled with cafes, bookstores, and historic landmarks. The convenience was incredible; we barely needed the metro, saving us both time and money. It was clear that Jean Paul takes great pride in maintaining his property. Everything was clean, well-organized, and in excellent condition. Being on the top floor, we were treated to stunning rooftop views of Paris, which added a special touch to our mornings and evenings. It was perfect for a couple. Our host, was truly exceptional. He was kind, welcoming, and a fantastic communicator.
