This 10-bedroom, 7-bathroom complex is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 10000 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is walking distance to the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

This complex is composed by three adjacent villas: one with 4 bedrooms and two with 3 bedrooms. Each villa has a separate entrance for added privacy.

- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.

Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings. Also, only a small down payment is required to confirm the booking.
