Less than a mile to Broadway, this 4 bed/3.5 bath home is in an unbeatable location & offers stunning views of the Nashville Skyline from the private rooftop deck.

You're only a 20 min walk from all the action on Broadway and a short Uber away from popular areas like the Gulch, 12 South, East Nashville, Green Hills and much more! You may not even want to leave the home because each room offers a unique interpretation of Taylor’s albums (released through 2022) - complete with easter eggs! Challenge yourself to find every Taylor Swift reference in this property! If you have a larger group, consider pairing this with The Cardigan sister property to get to 8BR / 7.5BA with a combined rooftop deck plus HOT TUB!

Our group of 11 had plenty of room and really enjoyed the house! Communication with the host was excellent! And the location was perfect! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The property was very cute and spacious for a group of 7. It would have been great for even a larger group. We really enjoyed the our stay!There were number of issues with furniture, previous damages, etc that concerned us however I communicated with the property managers right away and they were grateful for that feedback so they could rectify for the next group. I would stay here again! My friends said the same.

My First Disappointing VRBO Experience!

Let me help craft a clear, factual review that maintains professionalism while highlighting the issues: As a frequent VRBO user with consistently positive experiences, I regret that this stay fell significantly below expectations. The initial discrepancy arose with the property listing advertising 4 full bathrooms when there were actually 3.5. Upon bringing this to the owner's attention with photographic evidence of the listing, no resolution was offered. Property cleanliness was concerning. We discovered: - Dirty silverware in kitchen drawers - Discarded water bottle caps throughout - Grocery bags under furniture While the owner offered to send cleaners back, this wasn't practical after we had already settled in and unpacked. Most concerning was a broken toilet seat (detached hinge) that posed a safety hazard. Despite reporting this immediately upon Friday check-in and following up Saturday evening, repairs weren't attempted until late Sunday afternoon – our final day. Even then, the repair was inadequate as the seat remained unstable. What's particularly disappointing is that these issues should have been identified during routine maintenance and cleaning, especially since the owner reportedly supervised the pre-arrival cleaning. Given my positive history with VRBO properties, these maintenance and cleanliness issues, combined with delayed response to repairs and incorrect listing information, made this stay particularly disappointing. I cannot recommend this property
