For your vacation on the Rhuys peninsula, we have found a lovely new house for 4 people, with a beautiful landscaped garden.
Upon entering, you discover a warm living space, with a beautiful fully-equipped kitchen. You will find a refrigerator-freezer, an oven, a microwave, and an induction cooktop to cook delicious meals. A dishwasher is also there to spare you this task. For breakfasts, you will find a toaster and a filter coffee maker.
The dining room invites you around its large wooden table for convivial moments. You can also have your meals on the terrace and enjoy the barbecue provided for your grilling.
To help you relax, a TV lounge with a comfortable sofa will allow you to watch a good movie or get excited about sporting events.
On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find another bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
For more comfort, you have the possibility of parking three vehicles on the plot.

- 1 km from the "Landrezac" beach,
- 1 km from the Domaine de Suscinio park,
- 3 km from the "Celt'Aventures" theme park,
- 3 km from the restaurant "Le Gwenn Ha Du",
- 4 km from the restaurant "Le Mur du Roy",
- 5 km from downtown, its shops and its market,
- 5 km from the "Super U" supermarket,
- 6 km from the "Lidl" supermarket,
- 15 km from the thermal baths "Thalasso & Spa Miramar La Cigale Hotel"
On foot, choose your coastal point extending into the Gulf and tour around it, between sand and pine trees. You will meet fishermen and oyster farmers at the friendly markets of Arzon or Sarzeau. After these local discoveries, you will explore with your family the historical jewels of this Southern Brittany, at the Suscinio castle or near the ramparts of Vannes (32 km away).
