Located in a quiet neighborhood and just steps away from all the city amenities (Olona port, city center, train station, large beach), modern and well-equipped, this house will welcome you with complete serenity for great moments with family or friends!



You will be able to enjoy a beautiful living room-dining area under a veranda overlooking the terrace and garden, equipped with a large corner sofa, a coffee table and a dining table, ideal for good meals and evenings conducive to board games!

From an independent and fully equipped kitchen: kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, coffee maker (Senseo + filters)... which leads to a second living room equipped with two sofas, a TV and WIFI.



On the night side, you will find two rooms with 140 beds, with bedside tables and storage cabinets and a master suite with a 140 bed, two bedside tables, an armchair and an adjoining bathroom equipped with a shower, a sink with storage furniture and a toilet. A double sofa bed is available in a common room.



You will also have a second bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a sink with storage furniture, a towel dryer, and a hair dryer.

The exterior consists of a large terrace under pergolas and a fully enclosed garden, with all the necessary equipment to fully enjoy your stay: an above-ground pool (accessible in July and August), a garden lounge, with a charcoal barbecue and gas griddle, ideal for your grilling evenings.

You will have a private parking space in the house's driveway and you will also be able to park easily on the street.



5 minutes walk from the departure pontoon of the Vendée Globe.
