DĂ©tendez-vous et profitez des brises tropicales chaudes et des vues spectaculaires de ce fabuleux condo en bord de mer au paradis. À partir du moment oĂč vous entrez dans ce condo climatisĂ© en bord de mer, vous ressentirez un sentiment de sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ© et de calme tout en profitant des vues panoramiques sur l'ocĂ©an et en Ă©coutant le doux surf sur la rive. Vous n'ĂȘtes qu'Ă  quelques pas du magnifique ocĂ©an bleu Pacifique. Les plages de sable s'Ă©tendent dans les deux directions Ă  partir de cette unitĂ© au rez-de-chaussĂ©e avec une vĂ©randa spacieuse! Des activitĂ©s passionnantes de planche Ă  voile et de kite surf, des tortues de mer hawaĂŻennes et d'autres animaux marins peuvent ĂȘtre vues directement depuis le condo. Cette unité a tout! Un beau plan d'étage ouvert (1126 pieds carrés) avec vue sur l'océan depuis chaque piÚce! Salon, salle à manger, cuisine et DEUX des trois chambres bénéficient d'une vue panoramique incroyable, y compris; le magnifique océan Pacifique bleu, Molokini, Kahoolawe, Lanai, Maalaea Bay et les montagnes de West Maui. Vous pouvez voir des vues magnifiques de presque partout dans le condo sans voir les hÎtels de grande hauteur ... juste la beauté naturelle d'Hawaï. La zone sur le toit, avec des barbecues, des tables de pique-nique et des chaises longues, offre également une vue à 360 degrés sur l'ßle de Maui, Haleakala et l'océan Pacifique.

Il y a six terrains de golf de classe mondiale Ă  quelques minutes en voiture de Menehune Shores. Promenez-vous dans le sanctuaire protĂ©gĂ© de la faune des Ă©tangs de Kealia sur la passerelle en plein air. Le Maui Ocean Center et le port de Maalaea sont Ă©galement Ă  quelques minutes. LĂ , vous pouvez voir les habitants de l'ocĂ©an tout en traversant un tunnel transparent, faire de la pĂȘche en haute mer, observer les baleines et bien plus encore! Des tubas et des bateaux de plongĂ©e y sont disponibles ainsi que d'excellents restaurants et boutiques. First of all I’d like to thank our host, Jim. He was quick answering questions, probably the most helpful VRBO home owner we’ve encountered in many years of renting vacation homes.The entrance to the condo is breath taking, Directly out the doors is the lana followed by a grassy area then the ocean. We traveled with two little girls who loved the extra space to run and jump! There are 2 areas to access the water. One has a stone breakwater keeping waves on the shore small. The area to the left has no breakwater allowing for stronger current. We were fortunate to see whales breaching directly in the ocean in front of the condo and as turtles graced the shoreline as we walked the beach. We had beautiful weather and never used the air conditioning so hearing the waves all night with the windows open was so relaxing. We were close to restaurants, whale watching tours, luau’s, the ocean center, shopping, a playground and more public beaches.There is a nice washer and dryer, noodles for the pool and a couple of beach chairs available to use. The cozy kitchen is nicely stocked. The bbq grills were immaculate and cooked nicely. The grounds are perfectly manicured. We had a large suv so parking was a bit tight but for most vehicles it was fine. There is a nice pool to use on the property but it wasn’t heated so it was pretty cold. We prefer swimming in the ocean anyway! All in all, none of us wanted to leave! That’s the sign of a great vacation and condo.

The view from this place can’t be beat! Our crew LOVED being able to enjoy the grassy area right outside the door, and the beach is such a hidden gem! We saw turtles every day and had beautiful sunset views! Jim was very responsive as a host and the house was in great condition! We appreciated all the baby amenities and found the rooms very comfortable and cozy!

The 3 bedrooms were just perfect for our family of 7. The condo was equipped with all amenities. What makes this an extra special place is the walk from patio to lawn area then beach!! Our grandkids loved the lawn area and pool area! The sunsets were amazing and swimming with turtles right beyond the condo was extra special! We appreciate the owner's communication and responsiveness. A great place to stay for families!

We had a magnificent stay! Everything was perfect from the location to the amenities. Having coffee on the lanai each morning was one of the highlights of our trip. We had 4 kids from 6-11 years old and they were able to enjoy the pool and nearby beaches. We will be booking again when we return to Maui, which can’t happen soon enough!

Amazing stay

Our stay was nothing but amazing!! It was nice going out to the balcony and enjoy the sound of the waves and the sunset. The hosts were amazing and communicative. Check in was easy as well. Everything was about five to ten minute drive. Will definitely book again in the future.

Trip of a life time !

We stayed at this property in March 2025 for spring break - and let me tell you, the word “paradise” in the description is not accidental. This place was truly fantastic! We travelled with friends, 2 families with kids 4, 6, 8 years old. This condo was perfect size for us all. Important things that we wanted when searching for accommodations was balcony with access to backyard, beach in walking distance and of course - ocean views. This property met all of these requirements. Cherry on top was heated pool and grill ( after long day of exploring it was so nice to enjoy juicy steak or fish that we picked at a local market). Condo also has multiple sand toys, chairs, umbrellas etc - much needed in Maui as you are def going to explore many beaches. Location is fantastic as well - close to many shops, grocery stores, fruit stands and many cool beaches. Communication with the owner was easy as well- Jim was very responsive, answered all our questions and provided many recommendations. Can’t recommend this property enough, and when we go back to Maui we’ll definitely stay here again!

AMAZING property!

This condo is simply AMAZING! It is spacious for larger groups with terrific views. Great views from two of the bedrooms as well as the great room and kitchen. It is so peaceful to hear the ocean as you enjoy the space. The lanai opens up to the lawn, so it feels like you have this huge dedicated outdoor space as well. There is a rock wall that is short enough to not block the view, but high enough if you have a toddler to help keep away from danger. There is also a nice, protected swimming area in the ocean. The condo is close to the grocery store and the onsite restaurant is very good for a convenient meal. The managers are also very friendly and easy to work with. I can't say enough good things about this property. I would love to give it a bad review so there are more openings when we want to go back but it is too beautiful not to share. Don't hesitate - book this one - you won't regret it!

Kihei Paradise

We really enjoyed our stay at the Speth's Kihei home. Jim was very helpful throughout the rental process and in answering questions up until our stay. Their onsite person was equally supportive.    The ocean view from the living room and lanai is amazing. We enjoyed watching whales through binoculars (provided by the host) and checking out the sea turtles resting on the rocks. The unit’s location is quiet and peaceful excepting the gardening activity that keeps the grounds looking so pristine. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms had ample drawers and hangers for clothes. The ocean view is from two of the three bedrooms, too. It was a treat to hear waves breaking when it was quiet at night.    Though we didn't cook, the kitchen is well equipped for those who do, with a variety of appliances, cookware, and even basic spices.  We tried some new restaurants from the list of recommendations. Threes and Maui Brewing Co were both very good. They were worthy supplements to family favorites Mama's Fish House, Tommy Bahama, and Hali’imaile General Store.   One thing to note for people using canes or walkers is the curb transition from the parking lot to the ground floor walkway is rather steep. There are areas that are less steep, though you may need to walk a bit further for unit access.  We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't mind returning for a repeat sisters' trip. Paradise at Your Fingertips

Jim & Audrey's place is well appointed, centrally located, and has the most beautiful views of the ocean with access to prime beaches, shops, food, and more! We wanted to explore as much of the island as we could during our 9 day stay but it was hard to leave the lanai of this wonderful condo where we could watch turtles, whales, and amazing sunsets. A short walk from the lanai and you had a long stretch of beach to walk or another smaller beach to play in the calmer waters of a protected rock cove.The community pool was also great on windier days and the rooftop access was wonderful to look out over the ocean and view Haleakala. Inside, the condo had everything we needed to make ourselves at home--whip up some pina coladas, keep up on laundry, and they even provide some basic beach essentials like snorkel equipment, sand toys, chairs, boogie boards, and more to use and enjoy.This oasis was perfect for our family of 4 and the grandparents. The adults loved the two king-sized beds in the primary ocean-facing rooms while the kids enjoyed the third room which was arranged into two twins perfect for our two young boys.Jim & Audrey checked in on us with such kindness and care before and after our arrival and even after our stay. They offered many recommendations and advice to make our stay the best vacation and we are so grateful. We hope to be back to enjoy their wonderful Hawaiian home again soon!

Beautiful View!

We stayed at this condo for the unobstructed ocean view, which was beautiful! You can't get much closer to the water! The space was large enough for our party of 6 adults. We loved being able to walk directly outside onto the grounds which are perfectly manicured. Jim is a very proactive and communicative host. He gave us plenty of good suggestions for our visit to Maui. The property staff were also very friendly when we spoke to them. Thank you for sharing your Maui home with us!

Great location on the beach for a family

Great location on the beach. Wonderful to be able to walk out from the living room to the ocean in 30 seconds or less. Everything you need to buy is only 5 minutes drive. Fancy resort restaurants in 15 minutes. Look forward to returning soon as we can.

Good choice for us

Well-equipped condo in central location. Loved being so close to the water, you can sit on the Lanai and watch the turtles swimming while drinking morning coffee (or evening beverage of choice!). One small issue (refrigerator filter needed changed). Notifies owner and it was done same day - very responsive! Would not hesitate staying again.

Maui Condo Perfect for Families

Our stay at the Speth’s condo was better than we imagined. When we arrived everything was extremely clean & parking was right outside the front door of the unit! The condo had plenty of beach toys, chairs & umbrellas. We were pleasantly surprised to at how easy it was to let our kids play right outside the patio on the grass & the water was so shallow out front that it was even safe for them to snorkel or play on the sand while we watched from above. The turtles shocked us everyday! We couldn’t believe how many were out front daily. Jim is a quick communicator & friendly to work with. We plan on coming back again this coming year!

We have made many trips to multiple islands, first as a couple, then as a family. Over the years we found that we loved Maui the best...as they say 'Maui No Ka Oi!' (Maui is the Best!) We started to look at property all over the island during every visit. When we found Menehune Shores 114, we knew that we had found our own personal paradise! We found ourselves in Kihei on our first "family" trip to Maui. We really enjoyed the laid back atmosphere, the proximity to the airport and Kahului, as well as easy access to the whole island. Menehune Shores 114 is blessed with daily tropical breezes, beautiful views of Lanai, Kahoolawe and the Pacific Ocean (you can't get much closer!), and the relaxing sound of the ocean lulling you to sleep, all on a beautiful and well-maintained property. Just to be sure this was the best possible condo, we kept looking while we were in escrow (and even after - 21+ years now), but nothing else came close!

Ground floor single level unit (no stairs in the unit), with an open floor plan, in a well maintained family friendly complex! Beautiful Ocean, Island, and Mountain views from almost everywhere in the unit!
