Our cottage is situated in the south, sunny and quiet location and invites with its beautiful views of the Dolomites mountains Rosengarten and Latemar to unwind and relax a.

Great house in the mountains

Our family had a great winter vacation in this accommodation. The house innon one hand close tonthe slopes for skiing and on the other hand in a quite area with a great view on the mountains. The house is fully equipped. The host is very nice and supportive, communication was very easy. Highly recommended house to stay.

Mountain Magnificence

We planned our trip around staying at this wonderful home in Carezza. And we were more than pleased!!! The hosts were fantastic! Monika and her son, Artur, are more than accommodating! Artur’s English is amazing and we spent quality time talking with him. The front porch view offers perfect mountain vistas. In the back yard we could see a different dolomite view with donkeys, horses, and cows in the foreground. This is a perfect mountain retreat!

Tolle Lage wirklich atemberaubende Aussichten! Wir sind Anfang April gewandert im Schnee das war herrlich, wenig los. Hütten aber iffen wegen dem Skibetrieb.Tolle Begleitung durch Monica und ihren Sohn. Wir waren sehr zufriedenen.

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Aussicht war genau wie beschrieben, einfach ein Traum. Sehr tierliebe und nette Gastgeberin. Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal, an Monica. Du warst eine tolle Gastgeberin und der Apfelstrudel den uns zum Abschied mitgebracht hast, war sehr lecker. Rundum ein super Urlaub. Wir können uns tatsächlich dem anschließen, was die vorhergehenden Bewertungen aussagen.Ein sauberes und gemütliches Haus. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht.Vom Lappen bis zur Bettwäsche und vieles mehr.Überwältigend ist die Aussicht von der Sonnenterrasse.Was wir SUPER fanden: Bilder im Netz 1:1 der Realität entsprechend. Findet man selten.Ein großes Dankeschön an Familie Plank für die wunderschönen 2 Wochen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr sauberes Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Perfekte Lage, um direkt loszuwandern (oder einfach die Aussicht auf Latemar und Rosengarten zu genießen), einen E-Bike Verleih gibt es auch in der Nähe. Der Brötchenservice vom Bäcker aus Welschnofen ist sehr empfehlenswert. Monica ist eine sehr liebe und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Die Pizzeria im Ort ist klasse und die Gegend sowieso :) Wir kommen gern wieder

Geweldige plek op aarde

We hebben zeer genoten van deze uitzonderlijke plek in de bergen! Ook als je niet zoveel wandelt, geniet je van de omgeving. De advertentie beloofde veel, maar toen we aankwamen was het boven verwachting! We hebben Monica niet gezien, maar ze heeft ons elke keer als we een vraag hadden geholpen. En ook haar zoon heeft ons goed duidelijk kunnen maken hoe alles in het huis werkte. Vanuit het ziekenhuis waar ze herstellende was! Geweldige gastvrouw.Het huis was cosy en van alles voorzien wat je nodig hebt. Kortom, top locatie!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem Traumhaus in Carezza, der Ausblick ist nochmal deutlich schöner als auf den Fotos, man wohnt direkt zwischen der Rotwand des Rosengartens und dem Latemar, das Haus war auch geräumig und alles war da, was man brauchte. Obwohl wir teils eher wechselhaftes Wetter hatten konnten wir unseren Urlaub genießen, da man auf dem sehr schönen Balkon geschützt sitzen kann und trotzdem die Landschaft genießen kann. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder.

We werden zeer gastvrij ontvangen en toen er een keer iets was werd dit meteen verholpen.We voelden ons erg welkom.De omgeving is erg mooi en het mooie meer van Carezza ligt op loopafstand.

Wunderschön

Alles wunderbar. Wir (2 Erwachsene, unser 13jähriger Sohn und unser Hund) haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt Das Haus ist wirklich gemütlich, alles da, was man braucht und genauso, wie hier auf der Seite beschrieben. Der Blick in alle Richtungen ist sogar noch schöner, als auf den Bildern. In Obereggen konnten wir noch Skifahren, ansonsten wandern in wunderschöner Umgebung und zu dieser Jahreszeit fast ohne jemanden zu treffen... Vielen Dank, liebe Familie Plank, für die schöne Woche, die wir in Ihrem Haus in der Karerseesiedlung verbringen konnten. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt!

Avevo già soggiornato in questa bellissima casa nel luglio del 2021, ed ero rimasto entusiasta di tutto: dalla casa in se’, dall’arredamento, dalle sue dotazioni, la posizione, sino alla gentilezza, cortesia e educazione di Monika, la proprietaria (che peraltro prepara dell’ottimo strudel e lo offre gentilmente ai suoi ospiti). Oggi, nel 2024, non posso fare altro che confermare la recensione del 2021, - che potrete leggere più sopra- e auspico di poter tornare in questo meraviglioso posto quanto prima. Ps: non esiste sistemazione migliore per chi viaggia con un cane al seguito. Offre gentilmente ai suoi

Bereits zum zweiten Mal kamen wir in den Genuss dieses schönen gemütlichen Ferienhauses! Die Lage ist spektakulär,das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und Frau Plank eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die uns mit „Rat und Tat“ zur Seite stand! Insgesamt hatten wir eine erholsame Zeit in Welschnofen !
