Enter through the secure lobby and ascend the grand staircase to your third-floor retreat: The Alvin N. Miller Suite. Our largest suite boasts sweeping views of Bay Street’s tree-lined walkways and parks. Guests enjoy a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a washer-dryer combo, and a full-size refrigerator, plus modern bathroom finishes and a spacious walk-in closet. With a private bedroom retreat and luxurious comforts throughout, this suite is a top choice for travelers who want it all.

Ideally located on Bay Street in Savannah’s Downtown Historic District, The Suites at Bay are steps from River Street, Broughton Street shopping, and the Savannah Riverfront. Parking: Metered Parking
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

We wanted to be right in the middle of things and we got that and it was great. Bay Street can be a little noisy but we were on the third floor, which mitigated a lot of it. We're a little older but we're in pretty good shape. Staying on the third floor wasn't a problem but it's stairs. If you have bags, heavy ones, and you're having any kind of issues with your health or fitness, you're going to want to stay on a lower floor. For us it was perfect. The location really couldn't have been any better. We had access to everything and if you're not familiar with Savannah, it's not difficult to walk a good part of it very easily.

First trip to Savannah and this was the perfect location. Easy walk to most everything we did on our trip. Great apartment with everything we needed. Great communication with host company. Included parking was great because parking in the area is very difficult even during the off season. Definitely would pick this spot again.

Great stay for anniversary celebration!

My wife and I stayed here for our 10th anniversary. The room was lovely and clean. The location was perfect. We easily walked to many restaurants, to the river, and to shops. Great time and would stay here again!

Excellent Location

Everything about this property was just what we needed for our family trip over a long weekend. The property was comfortable, centrally located close to almost everything, and having access to a dedicated parking structure was great. Will definitely be staying again!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and we are already planning a trip back. The location is amazing! Literally right above and amazing restaurant (trailer park) and just a short walk from river street. The house is so clean and comfy it was truly the most relaxing vacation we’ve been on! Cannot wait to return!

Clean, Great Location Savannah Gem!

We had a wonderful three night stay at this rental. It was very clean and there were lots of linens, towels and kitchen supplies. The location was perfect as it was close to The River Front but private enough that we enjoyed some peace from the hustle and bustle of that area. The communication book has some great recommendations and resources that we found very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location

My husband and i decided to visit beautiful Savannah for our anniversary and my birthday. This apartment did not disappoint! Especially for first time visitor's. The apartment is clean, comfy and has everything you need. The location is awesome. We would definitely come back and stay again.

The accommodations were well-decorated, comfortable, and clean. The location right on E. Bay Street was convenient but never loud. The parking was a 5 minute walk and easy in and out of the garage. Only downside is there is no outdoor area and can't open windows but definitely not a big deal. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in downtown Savannah.

Loved it!

We had a fantastic stay on Bay Street! This property is right in the heart of everything and with the provided parking, it was very convenient. Everything was clean and modern, with plenty of room for clothes and all of the souvenirs that you will be taking home. Me and my wife will definitely be staying here again on our next visit. We were very happy with the rental and the agency was also communicating very well and their app made access easy.
