Beach Escape is a beautifully maintained 3-bedroom unit designed for the perfect vacation getaway! From the moment you step inside, you’ll appreciate the tasteful decor, cozy dining area, and fully equipped kitchen—ideal for preparing meals during your stay. A spacious pantry provides plenty of room for groceries if you plan to stock up. The main floor features a master suite with a king bed, while the second level offers additional king beds for restful nights.

On the third floor, you’ll find a charming sleeping area with two bunk beds and access to a walk-out patio deck—perfect for soaking up the sun during the day or stargazing at night!

Beyond the comforts of the rental, be sure to take advantage of the resort amenities, including the pool, exciting activities, and The Lagoon for ultimate relaxation and fun!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is
$15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact

**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.
