Welcome to our small, family-run holiday home in Partschins Rabland, an enchanting suburb of Merano. (8km) Anyone who goes on holiday in our apartments loves the noticeable closeness to nature, the uniqueness of the South Tyrolean mountains and the alpine Mediterranean climate on the south side of the Alps , Our house is surrounded by a lovingly maintained extensive garden. Free private parking for your car is in our yard.

New, comfortable apartments with one or two bedrooms in fragrant, light natural pine wood, each with separate shower / toilet, cozy living room with perfectly equipped, high-quality kitchenette, cozy dining area, couch, balcony or terrace, elegant bathroom with flush shower, toilet, Wash basin, large mirror front hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, bed linen and towels available.

The location of our house invites you to send your car on vacation as well: on foot you can reach the bus and train, as well as the town center with shops in 5 minutes. We are in close proximity to the Claudia Augusta bike path.
Open the front door and start hiking. Two sides of the mountain, two cable cars in South Tyrol's largest nature park, hiking holidays are possible on 3 levels. 240 km of well-marked hiking trails lead through different altitudes.

-walking on mystical and prehistoric paths
- through the steppe landscape of the Vinschgau Sonnenberg
- on the unique Meraner Höhenweg
-In Spronsertal with one of the largest high alpine lake landscapes in Europe
-to 13 peaks of the three-thousand meter peaks in the Texelgruppe Nature Park (whether with a map or with an experienced mountain guide, you decide.)

In the period from 01. March to 30 June and from 15. Every guest receives a weekly ticket from October for the free use of all public transport in South Tyrol (bus, train and selected cable cars).
Free entry to the adventure pool (outdoor / indoor pool).
On request, bread and newspaper service in the morning.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir können die Ferienwohnung ohne Einschränkung empfehlen. Wir hatten eine Wohnung für 4 Personen gemietet. Diese war modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Frau Tappeiner ist eine sehr freundliche Vermitterin. Sie steht für alle Frage Fragen zur Verfügung. Ein besonderer Service istdie Brötchenlieferung jeden morgen.

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Service

Wir waren zu viert (2 Ehepaare) hier und hatten 2 Wohnungen belegt. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch sofort von den Gastgebern erfüllt. Die Wohnungen waren sehr schön eingerichtet und der Garten und die Terrassen laden zum Verweilen ein. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder ….

Tolle Wohnung mit hervorragender Intrastruktur

Die Wohnung war praktisch eingerichtet, sehr sauber und prima für einen Urlaub mit Kindern geeignet. Da sie 2 Badezimmer hat, kann man auch gut mit mehreren Personen dort schlafen. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung hat eine super Infrastruktur, man kann auch gut einen Urlaub ohne Auto verbringen. 2 Seilbahnen, Bus und Zug sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Im Ort gibt es einen Supermarkt, Touri-Info und diverse Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Urlaub in Südtirol

Wir haben zwei schöne Woche in Südtirol verbracht. Rabland ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen, hat aber auch eine gute Anbindung an Bus und Bahn, um auch das Umland kennen zu lernen. Frau Tappeiner war eine sehr umsichtige Gastgeberin, der sehr daran gelegen war, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Kleiner Wermutstropfen war die akustische Kulisse: Es fuhren oft viele, z. T. sehr laute Motorräder vorbei, und auch das Haus ist relativ hellhörig. Aber wenn man sich daran gewöhnt hatte, konnte man den Aufenthalt sehr genießen. Wir könnten uns vorstellen, wiederzukommen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Frau Tappeiner ist eine sehr aufmerksame,freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, modern und in einem Top-Zustand. Picobello sauber und sehr bequeme Betten. Die Lage ( 5 Minuten Gehweg zu Bahn und Bus) ist perfekt.

Erholsame Tage in ruhiger Umgebung

Eine sehr schöne, saubere und zweckmässig eingerichtete Drei-Zimmer-Wohnung, in der wir nichts vermisst und uns zu sechst (zwei Erwachsene und vier Kinder) sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Alles hat bestens funktioniert. Frau Tappeiner, unsere Gastgeberin, ist zuvorkommend und hilfreich und hat so unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet. Vielen Dank. Unsere Mountainbikes konnten wir im Gartenhaus unterbringen. Im Garten selbst steht ein Pingpong-Tisch, an dem die Kinder fast täglich gespielt haben. Auch gibt es genügend Liegen für jene, die den Tag ohne sportliche Betätigung verbringen möchten. Wer mehr Bewegung will, schwingt sich auf das Fahrrad und pedalt auf dem gut ausgebauten Radweg entlang der Etsch gemütlich nach Naturns (höchstens 20') oder Meran (höchstens 40'). Wer es herausfordernder möchte, lässt sich mit der Seilbahn Aschbach, die nur wenige hundert Meter vom Ferienhaus entfernt startet, in die Höhe transportieren und versucht sich an den verschiedenen MTB-Trails. Wer selber kocht, findet Lebensmittel und mehr im nahegelegenen Spar, wer nicht kocht, findet eine Handvoll Restaurants im Dorf.

Super Basislager

Von unserem sehr zu empfehlenden Domizil (sehr sauber mit sehr geschmackvoller Einrichtung, sehr freundlicher Gastgeberin, sehr ruhig inclusive wunderschöner Aussicht vom Westbalkon) haben wir den Vinschgau erkundet, bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal!!! Cornelia und Reinhold H.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir (2 Erw., 1 Baby) hatten eine wunderschöne Woche!! Unsere Wohnung war super (schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber, alles da), alle waren sehr nett und der Kleine hat es geliebt, im Garten zu krabbeln. Der Ort ist süß und man kommt mit der Bahn sehr entspannt und schnell nach z.B. Meran. Immer wieder sehr gerne - Danke für eine tolle Woche!!
