Outstanding!

This property was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you might need. It was a short bike ride from the beach but is definitely walk-able as well. Having the beach locker with chairs and umbrellas made things extremely easy as well in not having to carry sandy stuff back and forth. Nikki was extremely responsive and provided a ton of good information. We highly recommend this property!

Long Memorial Weekend

Great week. Nice outdoor space to enjoy in the morning and evening. Added bonus was the bikes which were used daily by us to run all over the island and on the beach. The king bed was very comfortable. Excellent location. Love the shipyard. The place looked like the pictures. Great place to stay and would love to stay there again when we come back. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Very nice unit! We’ve stayed in Shipyard (Evian, Beachwalk, and The Greens) every year for nearly a decade and this was the best unit that we’ve rented.The renovations are well done, Nikki didn’t scrimp on appliances and the ladies went on about how well decorated it is.The Greens is close enough to walk to the beach and has our favorite pool in Shipyard. The beach locker and bikes are a nice touch. Tons of games and cards for the rainy days.Nikki’s communication was great and we had an awesome vacation!

Clean and detail oriented.

We had a great time at HHI and Jeff and Nikki were wonderful hosts. Their unit was clean and looked just like the pictures. I particularly liked all the labels and detailed instructions throughout. The level of efficiency to operate the lights, coffee maker, electronics, etc was second to none. We've stayed in many rentals over the years and the one thing that separates the best from the rest is the ability to make your rental not feel like a rental. Jeff and Nikki did just that with the furnishings, bedding, etc. We were comfortable in all aspects. We will definitely be trying to book here again next year!

Great place!

We loved staying here as it was updated, clean, and very comfortable! We loved using the bikes and the beach chairs and enjoyed the 2-3 minute bike ride to the beach. The owners had a great coffee table book that referenced recommendations for great places to eat and they were spot on! The beds were comfortable and the outdoor space was so cute.

The Greens in Shipyard is a great community. Not only is very close to the beach it is also right across from Van Der Meer tennis facility. Shipyard has great paths to ride your bike around and is also close to Coligny.
