250m from the beach, small holiday cottage (25 m2) in closed residence with swimming pool. Ground floor: Living room with convertible sofa, table, chairs, TV, fan. Kitchen corner (dishwasher, combined oven/microwave, ceramic glass hob, refrigerator/freezer, electric coffee maker...). Bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, washing machine). On the first floor: two small bedrooms, each with a large bed and a TV. Both are air conditioned.Closed terrace with garden furniture and awning. A parking space in the residence closed by an automatic gate.Internet connection (in addition).Swimming pool (7m x 3m) open July and August, from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm.The residence has a swimming pool. If, however, it did not have to open for technical or sanitary reasons, the tenant would not be entitled to any reimbursement.Not included in the rental: final cleaning, bed linen, towels, cot, high chair, tourist tax, animal supplement.Pets allowed: only one animal allowed. It is mandatory to inform the agency when booking otherwise the animal will not be accepted.
