Fantastic View Waterfronts Condo Pool Beach Jet Express All Tile Updated Condo

This is our own, beautiful, very clean, non smoking condo located RIGHT UP FRONT and RIGHT ON THE LAKE at the Waterfronts Resorts.We are just over the drawbridge from the Jet Express, your fastest access to world famous Put-In-Bay. Our condo includes a king size bed in the master bedroom with its own AC and remote, new washer and dryer, new remote control air conditioning in living room, and a full kitchen including a new dishwasher new refridgerator, electric stove and microwave oven. In addition, there are two brand new; Lazy Boy queen sized foldout couches both with a gorgeous view of the Lake Erie Islands, The Port Clinton Yacht Club Marina. And Brands Marina are both 1 Min walk away for boat dockage. The lake itself, is only 30 feet from our condo, just open the windows and enjoy the sounds of the waves and gulls! Our updated large seasonal pool and hot tub are brand new as of 2008. The pool includes built-in bench seats for the adults and a zero-entry feature for the small children. Charcoal grills can be found on the common areas which allows for setting up chairs and tables for outdoor dining or pure relaxation. The grounds of the resort are very kid friendly and include plenty of manicured green space and a playground as well. The sandy beach area is protected by a cove so that the shallow water and sandbars make ideal swimming conditions in the lake for small children.

Access to water sports abound, with Jet Ski and kayak rental right next door and fishing charters and dock rental for your boat across the street and within walking distance. Use the beautiful private beach with lounge chairs provided to relax and enjoy the sun. The downtown Port Clinton area is within easy walking distance and includes restaurants, shopping and night life. You can park your car for the week and start having fun!

Many other attractions are minutes away, including Marblehead Lighthouse, Mon Ami and Firelands wineries, historic Johnson's Island, African Safari Wildlife Park, Monsoon Lagoon Waterpark, Lakeside resort community, East Harbor State Park where you can take long hikes along the beautiful historic beach and relive history reading the plaques that recount the history of the Lake Erie shoreline.

The Jet Express ferry boat is a short 2 minute walk across the drawbridge from our resort. They are advertised as the fastest way to get to South Bass Island and Put-N-Bay. Once on the islands, you can rent a bike or golf cart and tour South Bass Island with its wineries, caves, restaurants, bars and many shops. The Division of Wildlife operates a fish hatchery on the island which is very educational and ideal for kids. Also on the island is the historic Perry's Monument which stands 352 feet tall. It was established to honor those who fought during the War of 1812. Experience the breathtaking view from the observation deck. On a clear day Canada, Cleveland and the surrounding islands are visible. Two other ferry boats are located nearby on Catawba and Marblehead that allow you to take your vehicle over to the islands.
