The overall stay sas nice.. I just wish there was somewhere to store my bags, Due to the closet being locked our stuff was everywhere so there wasn't much walking space. Den furniture could've been cleaner. Other than that, it was perfect!

The property was fabulous. Beautifully decorated and close to the beach. A tiny hiccup when checking in but the host was right on it. I’d stay there again and again!!

The owner was amazing in working with us for our specific needs. Wonderful location and beautiful condo. So easy to walk to the beach. Our stay was very short but sweet.

Great location and the heated pool was awesome. Had a hiccup on check in but the owner reached out directly and was able to assist and was very responsive.

It was lovely. Our first time on 30A. So much to see and do! The location is just perfect. So convenient to everything. Definitely coming back again!

The property is in the 3rd floor, no elevators.The 4 min walk to the beach is to a private beach- for a different complex. You can walk to it, but chairs have to be at the water line. You can shuttle to the public beach, but the shuttle only runs from 9-4:30 and we had to walk back with all of our gear- 0.8 of a mike. The condo itself is nice but the location was misleading.

I am so happy you thought our condo was nice — thank you for those kind words! And on the beach access, oh gosh — I am so sorry this was your experience! We really do try to be very upfront on the site and in our communications with guests, but clearly we could have done a better job explaining the beach access. Our condo is on the 3rd floor with steps and no elevator, which we try to make clear in the listing because we know that can be important for guests. As for the beach, the public beach access at Eastern Lake is actually about .3 miles from our condo, and yes, our community provides a complimentary shuttle during the day. I honestly did not realize the shuttle stopped running at 4:30, and I am so sorry you ended up having to walk back with all of your beach gear! I can certainly understand how frustrating that would be if you weren't expecting it. We do provide a beach wagon to cart all your gear; sounds like that didn't help for your situation at the end of the day! We love being on the beachside of 30A and so close to the beach, but I completely understand that the setup may not be what everyone is looking for. Thank you again for staying with us and, especially, for the feedback. We will use it to make the beach access and shuttle information even clearer for future guests!

This condo was outstanding! I stayed for 45 nights and it had everything I needed! Great location, outstanding amenities, pictures represented it perfectly. I will definitely be back for my future winter months working remotely. Owner and property manager quickly responded to my three questions!

Great stay!

While it was a short stay, this condo was all we needed for a quick girls trip. Clean condo, darling decor and perfect beach access. Location was great! Check in/out process super easy. Would definitely rent again.

Great stay!

Great stay! Had everything we needed for our short 4 day trip. Short walk to the beach. Kids loved the pool. We had one minor inconvenience but the property manager and the host responded so quickly. Very pleased with everything!
