Property was very cozy and reasonably close to the beach and had everything we needed. Only hiccup was the golf cart (which really came in handy) but owner was easy to reach and took care of the issue quickly.

Top of the dune was a favorite stay for our family. Jeff made check in easy, offered local advice, and answered questions promptly. The golf cart was a huge savings and so handy around seaside. The community pool was a hit with our kids and was warm. Will stay again!

Highly recommend this property and host. The amenities are so thoughtful and make having a great time in 30A easy. I didn’t need to pack half of the items I brought as the condo is stocked with tons of beach accessories (cooler, chairs, towels, toys, umbrella, and wagon). The golf cart is a bonus!

Great location and well equipped unit. Very quiet area, too and nice view of the pine trees. Love's having a golf cart so much easier to find parking in Seaside and added a fun element. Cumberland convenient store is close by for provisions as well as a public beach access. Beds are super soft. Enjoyed an impromptu have of Scrabble!

Great host! His response back to every message and question was very fast! Short walk to the beach and my kids enjoyed the pool. We also enjoyed the gulf cart, it was so fun to get around in. If traveling with little ones the entry door is very easy for them to open. My 15 month old was able to pull the latch door handle and there was no deadbolt to stop that. We did place the beach wagon in front of it, which worked well! We would definitely stay again!

We originally booked for 3 nights and ended up staying for 5. Very nice condo with comfortable beds, plus being a top floor end unit provides a quiet stay. There is a closet full of nice beach equipment, as well as a beach cart that multi tasks for unpacking and packing the car. Jeff was uber responsive.

Our family booked a last-minute stay at this condo while planning a return visit to an area we had fallen in love with the year before. After such a wonderful experience previously, my wife was especially eager to come back—this time with just the two of us and our daughter. We were a bit hesitant at first, but from the moment we arrived, all of our concerns disappeared.This condo truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The space was welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and quality family time. The host was exceptionally responsive and attentive, making us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay.We especially appreciated the excellent amenities and the convenience of being so close to beach access. The provided golf cart was essential and made getting around effortless, while the beach accessories added an extra level of ease and enjoyment to our days by the water.Most importantly, we left feeling refreshed, renewed, and grateful for such a memorable experience together. We would absolutely book again if given the opportunity. Thank you for providing such a wonderful and restorative stay

Great Stay Just Minutes from the Beach!

This condo was just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which was super convenient. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella available for us to use — such a thoughtful touch! Having access to the golf cart was a huge bonus and made getting around 30A much easier. Jeff, the property manager, was professional and communicated everything we needed to know before our trip.

February Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While it was too chilly to take advantage of all the building's amenities, the proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants in Seaside was ideal. Prior to our arrival, there was an issue with the golf cart, but Jeff was fantastic about keeping us informed and even offered to rent one for us, ensuring we didn’t miss out. He was quick to respond when I had a question about checkout, which I really appreciated. My daughter adored the bunk beds, and I loved relaxing on the screened-in patio. We will absolutely be booking this space again!
