Fully renovated with all-new furniture and stylish updates, this home is designed for comfort. Located in Seagrove Beach, you’re just a short bike ride to The Hub and perfectly positioned between WaterColor and Rosemary Beach—the best of 30A awaits!
The space
Beachside Villas – Renovated Condo with Gulf Views & Resort Amenities!

Located south of 30A in Seagrove Beach, Beachside Villas is just 100 yards from the beach and next to Eastern Lake. Enjoy resort-style amenities, including two pools (one heated seasonally), tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and cornhole.

This fully renovated 2BR/2BA condo offers incredible Gulf views from the living room and covered patio. The first-floor location provides easy access, and guests enjoy complimentary beach gear—chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a cooler.

Beach Access (see additional photos for map):
• Eastern Lake Beach Access (1.5 blocks) – Rare coastal dune lake with beach. Shuttle service runs March–October.
• Sugar Dunes Access (90 steps) – Walk to the waterline, but beach area is private.
• Walton Dunes Access (4-min bike ride) – Public beach with beach service. Shuttle service runs March–September.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Seacrest! The location is perfect—right on 30A with super easy access to the beach. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We loved being able to quickly get to nearby restaurants and shops, and the beach access couldn’t have been more convenient. Our host, Jeff, was so helpful and quick to reply to any questions we had. We’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend!

Great location the BEST stay!

We loved this condo! It was renovated to perfection and the location was great. The shuttle service to the beach was a great bonus with the nicest drivers. We loved having access to the lake that flowed into the ocean. This gives you an option for smaller kids to play in the water when the waves are too big. Would definitely stay here again! Jeff was amazing to book with and answered all our questions.

Excellent trip!

Great spot for family with teens. Lots to do and many places to go. The property is clean and well maintained. Nice pool, played tennis every day, and the bike rental on property was super convenient. The host contacted us via telephone on the way in with all the particulars and a list of recommendations for restaurants and places to go. A very nice touch! We had a blast in a great place to stay. Will rent from him again...

We had an incredible stay at this oceanside condo! Perfect for our family of four, it is beautifully updated and we had everything we needed - including beach towels, chairs, a backpack cooler and even plenty of laundry / dishwasher pods (a pleasant surprise:) The ocean access is literally steps across the front yard and a quaint neighborhood street - so easy to run across whenever you feel like it - and there are 2 community pools! We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend. Jeff was so easy to communicate with and so kind - we can’t thank you enough!
