Beachfront 2BR in South Seas T3-508 with Updated Kitchen!

Welcome to South Seas! The gorgeous north-east side unit on the 5th floor offers both amazing northwest ocean and pool view from an over-sized balcony. A newly renovation kitchen, appliances, and flat panel HD televisions makes this one of the best units in the building. Wireless internet is available within the unit. A wonderful home away from home. Located near the north end of Marco Island, you are conveniently close to all the major attractions. We would love to have you as our guest!

South Seas #508: This two bedroom two bathroom home away from home is located in the privately owned 55 acre South Seas Club toward the north end of Marco Island and near the famous Tiger Tail beach. Also with-in walking distance (25 minute walk) is the gorgeous new Marco Island Marina (Esplanade) with restaurants, bars, spas and Cold Stone Creamery Ice Cream.

The most amazing feature of this condo is a wonderful wrap-around deck giving every room large sliding glass doors that can be left open to hear the sounds of the sea while you sleep.

We have tried to provide everything you need no matter how long you decide to stay (pickleball set, pool noodles, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand pails for shelling, etc.). South Seas has a fabulous swimming pool, pickleball & tennis courts, shuffleboard deck and a fitness room. All you have to do is put on a bathing suit, grab one of the beach towels, get a nice cool drink, and head out for some fun in the sun.

Please note, the building management now requires a $100 registration fee paid directly to them upon check-in. This fee is not included in your quote and cannot be paid to owner and transferred to building management. Please note, this fee is subject to change between the booking and arrival time. Ocean and palm tree paradise

We had everything we needed for a much needed week at the beach. Location was wonderful, check in was seamless, the condo was well appointed, and the beds were comfortable. It was also great to have beach towels, cooler, cart and anything else you could possibly need for the beach provided. Woul definitely book again!

The condo is located in a beautiful setting. Although the condo is dated, it accommodates 4 people comfortably. The balcony is ample, essentially for viewing the water and gorgeous sunsets. The condo grounds are kept impeccably. The walk from the condo to the beach takes 10 minutes, but worth it!

This condo is great! The owners thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Views of the sunset are breathtaking. The balcony provides plenty of photo opportunities plus chairs to sit outside. The master bedroom bed is super comfortable-perfect for a good nights’s sleep after a day of playing in sun. If planning a day on the beach, they have everything you need. Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and a cooler! We loved it so much we have already booked next year! The previous renter had taken the extra set of keys. We contacted the owner who answered the phone, arranged for replacement keys. Very gracious! You will want to live on this balcony - the sunset was the highlight.

Relaxing beach getaway

We had a great relaxing week on Marco Island. The condo was perfect for the two of us. We spent mornings having coffee on the balcony, picnic lunches on the beautiful sandy beach and dinners on the balcony with a great view of the sunset. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Erin and John were extremely responsive to any of our questions. The walk to the beach was a little long, but the beach cart provided to us helped with lugging chairs, towels and the cooler. This was perfect relaxing getaway! Thank you!

Perfect for a family vacation!

My family has been coming to Marco since I was a child. We have stayed in many condos over the years, many in the South Seas buildings. I can say that this is the best condo we have stayed in. The location give a great view of the pool and the sunset on the beach. And the unit itself feels bigger than any other we have stayed in in the building. So much so, that my extended family (5 other people, plus my family of 4) all came and spent happy hour and dinners in our unit instead of theirs. Also, it had everything we could need. the kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls, cups, knives etc, as well as every appliance we could need. But most impressive was the amount of beach and outdoor items that were provided. The beach charis were high quality, as was the beach cart, coolers, sand toys, even scooters and pickleball! I was so impressed I shared it with friends that are looking to go down the Marco later this year. Highly recommend!

Property as pictured except you can’t see inside the closets, etc. Everything you’ll need is provided: beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, towels, toys, plenty of bath towels, extra sheets, kitchen is well stocked also. Set up for air travelers. Sunset view from balcony in January. Very active pickleball community with open play in morning, actually, people to play with all day. Active pool community, too. Walkable to several restaurants with live music and outdoor seating. Long walk to beach from any of the towers, but your beach wagon will help. Tons of shells on beach. Perfect? No. You will hear some elevator noise. Could use more hangers. You will have to leave.

We had a great time. There were a few hiccups at first. The check in was a little odd - you have to pick up the key in a mailbox a few miles off site - but no issues. We also had an issue with an odd smell in the property when we first checked in. However it aired out after a couple days and the owner was very helpful and responsive to our inquiries about it. All I can think is it came from a neighbor or previous tenant, and like I said, it aired out and was fine. Otherwise this was one of the cleanest properties we’ve ever rented. Absolutely no issues there. The property also has everything you could possibly need, and the owner gets a 10/10 for communication. The location is great also. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach but we did it every day with four kids under 7 with no issues. The pool is nice but got cold after a few cloudy days, and there’s a woman at the pool who is like the pool gestapo and whose sole purpose is to watch people for every possible infraction. If you have little kids watch out for the balcony - our two year old stuck her head right between the railing bars when we got there so we ordered a kind of mesh netting that we zip tied to the balcony. It worked great and gave us peace of mind and we left it behind for future visitors. We also left some extra toys behind for younger kids. All in all we had a great time and would absolutely stay here again. Our kids loved the room with the two single beds and really felt like it was home.

Property was well furnished with what you need for your stay. We really enjoyed the location, beautiful views on a large balcony, especially the sunsets. Condo was clean but service should clean (baseboards, vents, beach stuff full of sand, food and wrappers under sofa and beds). Happy owner provided vacuum and brooms allowing us to clean while we were there for the month.

This condo is just as it is in the pictures. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, living room was great size. It was perfect for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 teens). It is in a gated community, across the street is pickle ball, tennis courts, and a boardwalk along the water which was a super nice walk we did often. The pool area is very nice and water is very warm. Our favorite part of the condo was the balcony, the patio furniture was nice, it was fun to watch the activity at the pool and the sunsets were amazing. The walk to the beach is long. The condo had great beach chairs, towels, and some water toys. Would definitely stay here again.

Linda and Alex's first trip to Marco Island was in 1972. Family friends generously gifted them a week in Marco as their honeymoon, and the couple has been returning nearly every year since. Their love of Marco was passed down to their children who spent many spring breaks (and subsequent Easter holidays) on the island. Every visit was spent in a rented condo, until 2000 when the couple finally purchased a unit of their own. Now, they have a beautiful vacation spot to enjoy with their grown children and 3 young grandchildren. Book your next trip with us to experience the magic of Marco and begin your own 40+ year long love of this gorgeous island!

The South Seas Club has a fabulous swimming pool, tennis courts and a fitness room. The wrap-around deck is large and spacious so whether you are a party of 2 or a party of 6, you have plenty of room to enjoy the oceanfront views. Also, being the complex is directly on the water, you don't have to decide whether it is a pool or beach day - you can have both!
