-Must be 21 years old to rent -All Rokus are BYO password -Cable TV is not provided -Beach toys are not provided. Any beach toys brought by guests should be taken with guest at check-out -Start-up amenities are not replenished during your stay -Maximum six guests allowed.
This is a townhouse with two units. Both units have separate, private entrances. The units do share a laundry area that is located outside, downstairs. The laundry area has its own private entrance as well.
Please be advised that the driveway and the neighboring street tend to flood with heavy rains and this is outside of our control.
Travel insurance is recommended for hurricanes and other natural disasters. Travelers with insurance may be eligible for a refund. We will not refund due to said circumstances.
Be sure to grab any groceries or extra items you might need during your stay on your way in. Fort Morgan is a quiet area, but should you forget anything Sassy Bass Market and Dollar General are just down the street.
Start-up amenities provided are: toilet paper, 1 use paper towels, 1 use liquid dish soap, 1 use dishwasher soap, 1 use laundry detergent. All bath, bed, and kitchen linens are provided. You are required to bring any personal things you might need during your stay such as, but not limited to; any food and drink items, coffee filters/coffee, extra paper towels or toilet paper, napkins, hairdryers, toiletries, phone chargers, etc.
A reservation request may not be approved after 48 hours.

My friends and I rented this place for a week to have a peaceful and restful vacation, and this place delivered! It was right by the beach, secluded, was clean and spacious, and the owners were very communicative. Would love to book this place again next year!
The location was perfect and the townhouse was great. We had everything we needed for a family of 5. We only ate out once because the kitchen accommodations were great. I loved being able to sign in to our streaming service to watch our shows at night. I highly recommend this place.

This was a wonderful little place that was just a quick walk away from the beach. It was very clean and had nice updated appliances. The ice maker came in handy several times. Also the outdoor shower under the house was great to get all the sand off before going inside! We would definitely stay here again! The owners were great at replying to questions as well!

Location was great. Did not know it was a duplex. Neighbors were rowdy at times with more people than were supposed to be on the unit. Furniture and beds were uncomfortable. Beach access was great. Unit was clean. For what we paid the furniture should have been somewhat better.
Very nice location and price seemed fair. Owner seemed to be on constant communication, which was nice. They also offered list of various attractions, eats, and tips. The place seemed very clean and was just a two minute walk to the beach (which was not busy at all) I would stay again.
Short walk to the beach. The lay out makes the unit feel big. We had everything we needed. The outdoor shower is a plus. The arcade game was a big hit.
