Welcome to Emerald Oasis, your perfect Cape Coral getaway! This bright, spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers direct canal access to the Caloosahatchee River and Gulf of Mexico — ideal for boating, paddleboarding, or watching dolphins from the dock. Brand new dock installed November 2025 to enjoy the sunsets and park your boat. Up to 50 feet! Pet Friendly - up to two dogs allowed.

This is one of our favorite places to stay. We make this a yearly family visit each summer. The property is so beautiful and sits right on the canal. The pool is perfect for the hot days and the hot tub is great in the evening when you want to relax. The house is also so well taken care of and ready for us when we get there. The host Brian communicates well and responds in a timely manner. Thank you for another trip and another stay at this beautiful place.

Great location with easy access to amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great, loved having the canal for fishing and viewing, and the pool and spa for private enjoyment. House was close to groceries and dining and great for taking walks.

Felt like our home

Relaxing

We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and of course fishing in the canal. Definitely the best property we could’ve stayed at! The owner was very quick to respond with any questions we had.

Fun vacation

Emerald Oasis is a wonderful property. It had everything we needed (kitchen cooking equipment and lots of towels). Pool and hot tub were heated and worked well. We hope to stay here again in the future!!

Short drive to anything anyone would want to see. With in short walking distance to supplies or Publix was great to use for deliveries as well. Will stay again if this is available

Fun and beautiful canal home!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is just as described and is well equipped for guests! It is such a fun set up with easy access to the pool and hot tub. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The other two were adequate, but maybe not the greatest. We would have spent all of our time in the canal or in the pool if it was a little warmer. We would definitely stay here again!!

Stayed 2 weeks and felt like a home away from home. House was comfortable, well supplied and conveniently located. Pool was good , hot tub was better.... it was Jan. Communication with Brian was easy. We had no issues. Enjoyed fishing from dock. Would recommend researching this vrbo if in Cape Coral area

This property was perfect for our family. The location is close to everything yet a quiet street. The neighbors gifted their children a karaoke machine so that was a bit noisy but otherwise it’s a very quiet and friendly street! The amenities were fantastic! Everything was super clean. The couch is also comfortable and nice. The beds are very comfortable. The pool is wonderful! The host was super responsive and friendly.

Great experience.

We had a great stay. The house was very clean and well-equipped. Anything you could need is there. We especially enjoyed the lanai and large outdoor area. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but very close to restaurants and shopping. Brian was easy to contact and helped us out when our flight home was cancelled. Great experience!
