Schimmel im Haus

Leider ist das Haus unbewohnbar da fast in jedem Zimmer und in der Klimaanlage/Heizung der Schimmel sitzt!Die Betten/Matratzen sind alt und extrem durchgelegen - die gesamten im und um das Haus sind entweder kaputt oder sehr abgewohnt!

Liebe Florina, danke für Ihr Feedback. Es tut uns leid, dass Sie mit dem Zustand des Hauses nicht zufrieden waren. Die lokalen Teams konnten keinen Schimmel in den Räumen feststellen, inzwischen wurde das Haus aber frisch gestrichen. Bezüglich der Matratzen werden auch hier Prüfungen vorgenommen und man wird sie gegebenenfalls ersetzen, falls sie zu abgenutzt sind. Alle Möbel im Garten wurden letztes Jahr erneuert, weiter hat der Besitzer in dieser Saison eine neue, moderne Grillstelle hinzugefügt. Es ist uns wichtig, dass unsere Gäste einen angenehmen Aufenthalt haben. Falls während des Aufenthalts Unannehmlichkeiten auftreten, bitten wir darum, uns direkt vor Ort zu informieren, damit wir schnell reagieren können. Ihr Interhome Team

Sin mantenimiento y poco atención al cliente

Es la cuarta vez que alquilamos esta casa en familia con peques y usualmente nos gusta mucho pero nos hemos quedado muy decepcionados. No se ha mantenido la casa y la limpieza faltaba. Habian muchas cosas rotas y peligrosas (una mesa de cristal -la principal del patio- faltaba un tornilla y amenzaba caer a cualquier rato) el aire acondicionado de la sala arriba no funcionaba, no habia barbacoa el primer dia y medio, el toallero del bano principal se caia y aun mas desperfectos.

Casa perfecta para disfrutar con familia y amigos. En buenas condiciones, cocina equipada, sabanas y toallas como se indica, todo limpio, piscina perfecta! Trato tanto telefónico como en oficina muy bueno, muy atentos. Lo recomiedo!

Riumar es un lugar estupendo, con una playa fantàstica y cuidada, cerca de la desembocadura del Ebro, ideal para ir con niños pequeños, tubimos un percance con la piscina de la casa, por las lluvia, però nos lo solucionaron rapidamente, la casa és fantàstica, solo decir que deberian cuidar un poco su manteniniento, habian luces sin su plafon, la puerta de uno de los baños rozaba al abrir y cerrar, y la barra de una cortina un poco descolgada, pero lo hemos pasado muy bien, y disfrutado mucho

Emplacement magnifique, maison propre, piscine assez bien entretenue. Par contre, manque d'entretien de la maison. Beaucoup de portes frottement au sol, extérieur mal entretenu (herbes, sol extérieur sale, chaise longues cassée, crottes de chien sur le côté de la maison...)

Casa y piscina limpia, lugar estupendo para relajarse. Trato de B. y su hermano perfecto, falto que el que nos abrió la casa nos hubiera explicado ciertos funcionamientos de las cosas, vitro, tv, ducha exterior, llaves... recomendaría una mano de pintura y mejorar la decoración. En general Bien.

Mantenimiento deficiente

El mantenimiento en general no era el adecuado. Precisamente por eso estuvimos tres dias sin poder utilizar la piscina, solo la limpiaron una vez cuando ya estabamos a punto de irnos.

Sometimes, due to the wind from the Riumar area, the pool becomes cloudy or a color that is not correct. When that happens, the maintenance staff immediately puts the product to fix the problem. In your case, we apologize that it may take a few hours for the pool to regain water tone while the engine filters. However, thank you so much for the review.

Bilder entsprechen nicht ganz der Realität

Das Haus war leider nicht so wie die Bilder es versprochen haben. Auch hat der Grill nicht funktioniert und in der Küche gab es nur eine Kaffeemaschine ohne Kanne und einen grossen Topf mit nur einem Griff. Alles in allem hat das Haus sehr viel Potential und die Lage ist super, leider ist es nicht gut gepflegt.
