Booking Requirements

• Guest Limit: Strictly 6 guests maximum.
• Check-in: After 3:00 PM.
• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $1,500 is required. This will be returned after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations occur. Guests may instead opt for a non-refundable damage waiver (recommended).
• Lost Key Fee: Lost keys will incur a $150 replacement fee.
Strict Rules (No Exceptions)
• NO Parties or Events: Strictly prohibited.
• NO Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the home.
• NO Outside Guests: Only registered guests are permitted.

Great Stay

Was a great experience, not sure we will get a hotel again. Had some issues but nothing Inhavent already had multiple times at a hotel. Location seemed iffy but ended up being ok after the fireworks ended. Water pressure in the shower was lacking but plenty of hot water for a family of 6. Great backyard. Slept 6 comfortably and 2 of my kiddos are a little crazy when they sleep. Kitchen and living room were very nice in decore and cleaniness. This was our first VRBO experience, and it was a good one.

First time Vrbo user. Not impressed to say the least.

Property was as shown in pictures but a little smaller than we expected. It is an older home and hot water ran out quickly. Master bedroom is a converted garage which causes temperature variants in the home. The appliances are very noisy. So, don't plan on doing laundry at night. Kitchen isn't really as stocked as advertised. We were cooking everything on a griddle because everything else available was not suitable.
