Townhouse is one of four units in the former Belvedere schoolhouse built in 1885. It was remodeled in 1985. It is within walking distance of main street in Tiburon. Short walk to world reknown San Francisco Yacht Club and around the corner from the Corinthian Yacht Club. Belvedere is an island in the San Francisco Bay. Marin County is home to world class mountain biking. Everywhere you go, there is a vista to admire.

Hi...My boyfriend, Phil and I are active "seniors". We are looking to exchange/rent out our home during the winter-Jan, Feb and/or Mar-so that we can ski in Sun Valley and Montana. During the summer, we would also like to rent out our home-June, July, Aug or September. We like to be in the mountains for a few months in the summer as well.

What makes this property unique

Our townhouse is well situated in Belvedere with almost 100 points of walkability. You can walk to grocery store, post office and CVS. You can stroll to Main Street in Tiburon for lunch or dinner at several restuarants from unique cafes to world class Michael Mina's Bungalow Kitchen. We are a short walk to a city park for grandkids to use. Once you see the Belvedere Cove you will know why living here is like Portofino in California.
