The Beach Villa är en modern och bekväm lägenhet belägen intill Beach Club och Main Dune Walkover på Pointe West Resort. Det finns en vacker utsikt över stranden och Mexikanska golfen från balkongen. Condos läge, i hjärtat av Pointe West Resort, möjliggör närmaste och bekvämt tillträde till Beach Club, pool och strand. Stranden är fantastisk, expansiv, regelbundet preparerad och stängd för fordonstrafik - vilket gör den till perfekt plats för att njuta av surfen eller bygga sandslott med din familj. Beach Club är förhöjd och har en oändlighetskanten pool som har utsikt över stranden och Mexikanska golfen. Förutom poolen har klubben en uppvärmd jacuzzi, barnbad, gym, spelrum och picknickområde med gasgrillar. Restaurangen, baren och presentbutiken är öppet säsongsmässigt i mars. Det finns mer än 3 miles från stranden och 6 miles från cykelleder på orten. En eldstaden, som är perfekt för att bygga en lägereld och rosta marshmallows, ligger nära lägenheten. Birthday get-a-way

Lovely property, very cleanl and kitchen well equipped for cooking (if you want to 😁) It was a fantastic time. Also grounds are so pretty. And pool area is really nice.

Peaceful and secluded

The area felt Secluded, with the club next door you can order delivered food or take out, very short walk. Pools where very nice. The kids loved it.

End of October trip!

Great place! We were looking for a location outside of Galveston and we found it. Great communication with the host and location. Comfortable and clean with everything you need from kitchen to beach stuff! Ocean was still warm enough for us to swim and enjoy the beach. Will be back!

Relaxing anniversary get away

It was just what we needed. Even off season we had a great time. Close to the beach made it easy to walk almost everyday. Pools and hot tubs were awesome. Bar/restaurant was closed, so we didn’t get to use it. But it was just what we needed and wanted. Thanks.

Enjoyed our stay tremendously! One week after a hurricane and everything was back in tip top shape! Check in and out process with the host was super easy and was very responsive leading up to our check in date! Clean condo and the huge balcony was so nice to enjoy even in the rain! We will definitely stay again!

Perfect getaway

What a beautiful view of the ocean from this condo! As usual PW was delightful. The condo was very well stocked with great communication from the owners! They go above and beyond. Easy access to the beach or the beach club. Beds were so comfy, too!

Spring get away

We had a great stay and enjoyed all the amenities. The beach was clean and close. We enjoyed both pools on the property and also made dinner on the grill with a campfire on the resort’s shared space.

The condo was large and spacious. It had almost everything we needed. Beautiful beach view. The on-site pool was huge and not overly crowded. The downside was the distance to the grocery store so make sure you have everything you need!

Great vacation spot

Our fourth trip to Pointe West….first stay in this unit and it was amazing. Owners were great and prompt to answer throughout out a stay which was great especially when a major storm blew in knocking out power. The pointe west resort is a family favorite with amenities including a restaurant, pool and easy beach access.

Great location for our stay, the resort offered plenty for the kids on site yet we were away from Galveston far enough for it to not be too busy. Exactly what we were looking for.

We are pleased to make the acquaintance of all our guests and help them throughout their stays if needed. Communication is all that is required and we are willing and able to make your vacation the best we can.
As owners and managers, we have lived North of Houston for 28 years with our three children. I (Joan) and my husband (Alan) are original owners of the Villa and use it as our weekend getaway for our family. We make it available for rental by families and couples when we're not using it.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The choice to own at this resort was simple. Every direction you look just nature's beauty! Congestion, noise, and crowds are not anywhere near this resort, It has a beach with no cars. A golf cart is not needed, we are that close to the elevated beach club.
As we do have permanent residents, you can count on this resorts full time security and concern for safety. A full length basketball court and a pickleball court, A Lazy river and Jacuzzi and pool bayside as well as infinity edge pool and toddler pool at the elevated beach club, Game room, fully loaded exercise room, 3 miles of beaches and paved paths. The restaurant and bar are seasonal. Elevator is New '25.
The Villa is in excellent condition and is very comfortable! It is located right next door to the Beach Club and main dune walkover making it super convenient to access the pool, Jacuzzi, exercise room, bar, restaurant and beach. It is a 30 yard walk to the club amenities. And a beach with no cars!

Every direction you look just nature's beauty! Congestion, noise, and crowds are not anywhere near this resort, It has a beach with no cars! , Golf carts are not needed, the closest walk to the club/amenities is the best unique benefit of this location.
As the villa is first floor above ground level covered parking and a New elevator in 2025, it is one quick flight of steps over to the beach club amenities, A golf cart is not needed. The Villa's windows facing the beach are a wall to wall view. Your beach view can be seen during food prep in the kitchen, feasting at the table, lounging, watching TV, of course from the patio and even in the master bedroom! And the beach is regularly cleaned and closed off to cars. The Villa is located on the beach side of the resort.
