Right on the beach with a GREAT VIEW of the Atlantic Ocean! Shore Drive, APATB1

This is a third floor unit that is right on the beach! Although not directly in downtown Myrtle Beach, it is only a 10 minute drive. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and right next to Ocean Annie's that has live music daily in the summer! The property has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one queen and full/twin), a pull out couch, and two full baths (one bath/shower and one shower only). The balcony is furnished and has a great view of the ocean and a relaxing place to drink coffee in the morning or relax in the evening. May through August rentals require 7 night Saturday-Saturday, but other times of the year rentals can be shorter (still a 3 night minimum).

Very quiet. Enjoyed our stay. It’s close to everything you need. We received our daily exercise walking up three flights of stairs as there is no elevator. Overall a good place to stay.

Better then expected

We always stay on Shore Drive at APATB I or APATB III for our Myrtle Beach vacation and have stayed in plenty of individually rented condos. This one is one of the best we have ever stayed in! Updated kitchen and baths. Very clean and not one bug spotted the entire time. Betsy responded quickly to a wifi issue that arose, and it was quickly remedied. I was originally unsure about renting due to not being a super-host or a lot of reviews, but so glad I took the chance!

overall experience good

Good location right on the beach. quiet area on a dead end road. You can see the ocean from the balcony. Unit is older but has a few updates. Must bring own bedding, towels, etc. Kitchen does have pots/pans/utensils. Unit was resonable clean in the main areas, but we had to reclean living area when we moved furnature to use the pull out couch. Not a 5 star, but still a nice location and place to stay. Great communication with property manager. Thanks!

Nice location

Property was exactly as described in listing, would stay here again. Easy access to beach ⛱️ Great location. Comfortable beds. Only complaint was the cleaning, floors were very clean, surfaces did not appear to have been wiped down at all. Not a big deal just worth mentioning.

Family Vacation

Wonderful vacation! We enjoyed the condo. Loved the area! We could see the ocean from the balcony, which was great. The pool was nice and easily accessible. The host was extremely nice and accommodating. We will stay here again.

Diamond in the rough

Booking this property with very few reviews, only 3 months ahead of time left me feeling a little nervous. Could not have turned out better - thrilled I found this place at the last second. Place is very clean, not real loud, right down the road from Ocean Annie's and Flip Flops bar and grill, and has a walk out exit right onto the beach. The place came with beach chairs available, as well as various needed items like TP, garbage bags, dish soap, etc. Such a perfect place for my family of 4. Only minor critique I would give is we stayed on the 3rd floor and the place has no elevator. So as long as you don't mind a bit of a workout during loading/unloading your car, and when you get groceries (kroger and walmart only 2 or 3 miles away), then you will emphatically love this place.

Good value for the money

Everything went well. The unit was very much what we expected. All the necessities were there and available. Enjoyed our stay and would do it again. We were three golfers in our late 60s and had a perfectly good time.
