The Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in Dinard, this charming flat 200 metres from the beach, with wifi, with a surface area of 47 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift), it consists of a lovely 26 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two nice bedrooms, bathroom (with shower).
The accommodation comprises
- A 26 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom1: 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- One bathroom with shower
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to include the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer (shared laundry room on the ground floor), ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
The flat is ideally located in Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, the accommodation does not have private parking. The Maréchal Leclerc underground car park (200 metres away) offers parking packages. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: 13 km in St Malo (20 min by car)
- Nearest airport: 80 km in Rennes (1 hour by car)
