Host was very quick to respond to any questions. Very cute casita. Location was perfect for us. Kitchen is not set up for any major cooking but a Great place for someone that will be out and about a lot. Really enjoyed our stay!
This was a perfect place to stay. It had everything we needed - refrigerator, coffee maker, 2 rooms and a bathroom. We loved it. It didn't have soap for the bathroom other than shampoo, so bring your own! I think the beds were memory foam. My friend and I slept like babies.
I liked the floor plan - bedrooms on opposite sides of the casita, giving each of us some privacy. The neighborhood was quiet. We used the transit system, and the #8 bus stop was about 3 blocks away. Route runs every 15 minutes and got us downtown quickly. Also just a few blocks from a main grocery store. As other reviewers have said, there aren’t extras like shampoos or non-perishable foods left by other renters. It’s a less cluttered feel. We really enjoyed our stay.
This property was clean and well maintained and had private access. The neighbors were quiet and it was easy to get where I needed to go around Tucson! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Tucson for work or leisure.
This was simply perfect for our family. Great location while we spent time visiting our daughter. Russell was very helpful amd communication was exceptional.
It's a nice size property for a couple and the casita has all the modern amenities you could want. Everything was in good working order and the beds were really comfy. As other reviewers have said, it is very close to University of Arizona (you can even see the football stadium from the property). Overall, a nice location if you are visiting Tucson.
We were very comfortable in the casita, it’s just right for vacation. We really enjoyed the private courtyard and that our car was inside the gate. The new washer dryer was very convenient and much appreciated! Extra things that we could use were provided as well (Olive Oil for cooking, salt, pepper, laundry detergent, dryer sheets).
We booked this place near UofA for our sons graduation weekend. This was the perfect little place and I wished we had found it several years earlier because we would have stayed here when we visited. This is a small 2 bedroom place that served our needs. It is dated and has some cobwebs in the corners on the ceiling. Overall we were happy with the pricing, location and the communication with Russell.
We wanted an easy place within walking distance of campus and this casita was perfect. Listing was accurate and communication very smooth. We were a bit surprised by the small size of the alley access and parking - our minivan just fit within the gate. But once we had been in and out a few times we were comfortable.
The property provides quick and easy access to many of the Tucson area State and National Parks. And if you are bringing a bike to Tucson to take advantage of the “Loop” and bike boulevards you can’t ask for a better location.
The house is orderly, clean, and has everything to make the stay feel like home. Great outdoor patio and barbecue for relaxing evenings at home after long hikes and bike rides.
The host is very accessible and helpful.
The Casita was nicely decorated & very comfortable. The secure private patio & carport were a bonus. The kitchen had what we needed. The owner added a nice gas grill while we were there & we appreciated that. It is located close to restaurants & grocery store. Also walking distance to the U. We had a very enjoyable stay.
Great location within easy walk of U. Clean, good outdoor space to enjoy the day. Could use a few more serving bowls for kitchen but was likely adequate for most small groups.
