Communication prior to check-in was excellent. Property was as described, clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Hilton pass and beach gear was a huge plus. We'd certainly book again!

This condo was great. Stocked with everything we needed: kitchen stuff, beach gear, etc. The Hilton pool pass was a great bonus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

**An Absolutely Wonderful Stay in Hawaii!**We had an amazing stay at Waikola Beach Resort and couldn’t have been happier with our experience! The unit was exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed, with incredibly comfortable beds that made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including a fantastic selection of utensils and essentials that made preparing meals a breeze.One of the biggest highlights was all the extra amenities that made our Hawaiian vacation even more enjoyable. Having a garage was such a wonderful convenience, and the large supply of beach gear was truly above and beyond our expectations! Beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and ice chests were all available, making beach days effortless and fun. It was such a thoughtful touch to have everything we needed for exploring and enjoying Hawaii without having to rent or purchase a thing.Every detail seemed to be considered, making the stay comfortable, convenient, and stress-free. We genuinely appreciated how well-maintained and well-equipped everything was. This resort made our vacation that much more special, and we would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped home away from home in beautiful Hawaii!

Good location with good pools. Hilton beach access was great as well. The home was clean and well stocked. It could have some more pots and pans, but that’s a minor critique. Would definitely visit again!

Great property. They had two double beds in one room. A king in the other. New appliances. They had a rice cooker! Icemaker in the fridge. They have a garage which was helpful. They had lots of boogey boards and beach chairs and umbrellas and beach toys to take to the beach. Much more than they mention in the listing (possibly guests leaving over time!). There starter kit was way better than most VRBOs. They had laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and much more. More than we needed for the week. The two pools were very nice with a hot tub. The pool was well heated. You can walk to shopping, grocery, and restaurants, or a quick drive. There is a public beach very close, or you can explore all the amazing ones on the island. The Hilton Pool access is a nice add. We did that one day - all the beaches were closed because of a hurricane - so it was a nice option. They have grills by the pool you can use. Resortica Hawaii does a great job communicating. I wasn't paying attention and I foolishly closed the garage with the garage opener in the car and closed it with the keypad (we did not have the code). And they responded by text early before the office opened with the code. We ended up asking for a late checkout since we had a red eye, and paid a reasonable fee for that. Very helpful! If you have not been to the Big Island or Waikoloa beach before, you should know this area is the perfect place to stay and explore the island.

Great stay in Waikoloa!

The property was lovely. Super close to the Queens Shops/Kings Shops and A Bay. The house had great beach gear too. We would rent here again.

Great location/property. Clean and fully stocked. We requested to stay an additional night and that request was easily granted without headaches. Access to the Hilton pool was also a fantastic bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, super clean, well-stocked supplies

The first thing I want to share is my 25-year-old daughter remarked about how clean it was! We spent 6 days at this lovely home and were impressed with its location within easy walking distance to Queens' Marketplace and Kings' Shops, the access to beach equipment (chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas), the nice kitchen supplies, and the overall layout of the home was perfect!
