Their quiet location on the ground floor it is ideal for a family with young children or couples of any age. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed. A Kinderreisebettchen is also ready. In subsequent living room with integrated kitchenette you will have the opportunity to cook together and relax. In the kitchen oven and dishwasher are integrated.   The apartment has two terraces. On the one hand you have the option on the east terrace for leisurely breakfast and leave on the south-west terrace on the other end the afternoon in the evening sun. There you can relax in a cozy beach basket of May to October, the soul. In addition, you have a parking space in the underground car park (for cars up to max. 1.50 m height and 5.00 m in length) with direct elevator to the apartment.
